The Headgate Group comprises a series of companies involved in residential, commercial and industrial real estate in the Greater Toronto Area. We have been in operation since the early 1980 and been involved in numerous projects of various types over the years... In past years we carried on an active housebuilding operation as well as some industrial and commercial construction, but in recent years we have been concentrating on land development, mostly residential development. We have also brought several commecial projects to the construction stage in recent years.
