We founded Heartland Mill in 1985 to supply home and professional bakers with quality flour and to provide organic growers a market for their high quality grain. Our paired goals were to foster the High Plains community of regenerative farmers who were building a sustainable agriculture and to offer consumers superior, wholesome grain and flour.
