In April 2020 I relocated from Whidbey Island, Washington to Central Maryland, near Annapolis. Effective January 1, 2023 I decided to retire and began the process of winding down my practice as an expert consultant and witness concerning allegations of bad faith claim handling in property and liability insurance matters. Therefore, I am not accepting new assignments. Thank you.
