Ciaron Graham - President

Ciaron began his career with Hein in 2008 working in the field for the building division. He assumed increasing responsibilities for estimating and was tasked with expanding the company's presence in the concrete & civil construction market. In 2018 Ciaron assumed the role of President, where he possesses ultimate responsibility for all strategic and daily operational decisions for Hein's diversified construction firm. Ciaron fulfills an extensive range of executive responsibilities including monitoring of costs, quality control, scheduling, and deployment of Hein's resources. Ciaron is accountable for the implementation of all of Hein's contractual obligations and implementation of all Hein's corporate policies.

Dalton Koehl

  • Project Manager
Dalton started with us as an intern and after graduating from Bradley University with a degree in construction management he came to work for us full-time. Over the past few years, Dalton has become a key member of the estimating and project management teams. Dalton is taking on more responsibilities and has a great future ahead of him at Hein.

Dave Marshall

Job Titles:
  • Vice President - Galesburg Operations
Dave is responsible for all building division work in the Western portion of our operating area. Dave believes in building mutually beneficial relationships based on honesty and trust. Since taking over the Galesburg office Dave has steadily grown revenue and dramatically improved overall operational performance. Dave started for Hein working in the field and quickly rose to the position of estimator/project manager.

J. David Staggs

Job Titles:
  • Director of Estimating and Project Management
Dave graduated from Bradley University with a degree in construction management. After school, Dave went to work for a large local contractor where he specialized in industrial and then healthcare construction. Dave joined the team in 2019 and has drastically improved our estimating and project management processes. Along with his estimating and project management duties, Dave also trains our estimating/project management interns and new hires so they quickly onboard and become productive members of the team.

Jay Kuzniar

Job Titles:
  • Director of Building Operations
Jay started with Hein as an apprentice when he was 18. Over the past 22 years Jay has deservedly moved up the company's leadership structure and now is responsible for carpentry and building division field operations. Scheduling manpower and equipment are a portion of Jay's responsibilities but he really excels at teaching our new field team members safety, quality, and productivity.

Steve Pollack

Job Titles:
  • Vice President - Safety & Special Projects
Steve attended Bradley University and graduated with a degree in construction management. After school, Steve decided to become a carpenter and worked in the field for over 35 years with increasing responsibilities until he was asked to join the office staff as a project manager. Safety became his primary responsibility in 2020. Along with taking care of IT, Steve also manages certain special projects. Steve's experience in construction is a great benefit to our field employees. He engages with our foreman and superintendents to help develop the next group of leaders at Hein.

Travis McGarry

Job Titles:
  • Director of Concrete Operations
Travis has been a carpenter for Hein for nearly 20 years. His duties include scheduling of manpower and equipment for the concrete/site division. Safety and quality are most important to Travis and he talks about this with our employees daily. Under Travis's leadership, the concrete/site division has seen measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and safety.
