Dennis has led Heede - one of the largest Tower Crane providers in the Southeast US - for the past 20 years. Collectively, he has over 40 years of industry experience on an international level. This global influence enables Dennis to employ diverse problem solving techniques to our varied projects.
Beginning in sales, Drew quickly found his niche heading operations for our Texas Division. In fact, he was the spearhead of expansion into the area over 10 yrs. ago. His familiarity with the market is unmatched. Drew's well-rounded experience means unmatched problem solving & service for customers.
Jason is a proven leader in providing technical solutions on complex projects. With over 15 yrs. of industry experience, he has a unique understanding of customer needs. This enables him to consistently deliver increased market share while achieving on-time, below-budget projects without sacrificing quality.
Kellye comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience surrounding safety, policies, claims, and compliance within the construction and utility line of business. Her most recent role was Director of Risk, Compliance, and Safety in which she served 5 years. Previously, she started as a claim adjuster advancing to a claims manager; ultimately working her way up the ladder surrounding risk, safety and claims giving her a total of twenty years in the Safety and Insurance/Claims industry.

Mickey has been with Heede for over 15 yrs. Beginning as a Tower Crane operator, then filling various management roles before and during his tenure with Heede gives unique perspective into the needs of both clients and team members. His practical experience means a fresh take on project solutions for customers.
Mike has 20+ years of industry experience, following his family legacy of working on Tower Cranes globally. His hands-on leadership drives teams to pursue top quality workmanship and a safety-first mindset on all jobs. His participation in the field enables him to execute safe and financially sound projects.
Paul began in operations and moved to sales as his experience grew. Using his operational knowledge, Paul develops creative new solutions for customers' complex projects. With over 10 yrs. of experience, he delivers cost effective, turnkey Tower Crane solutions to our customers throughout the Texas market.
