Professional Experience
Anthony E. Baldo is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania since 2015 and the broker of record for Hinerfeld Commercial Real Estate, LLC since 2020. Previously he was licensed as a real estate sales associate Pennsylvania since 2006. Anthony is from Northeastern Pennsylvania and has been working in the commercial real estate industry for the past 15 years with his primary focus being retail sales, leasing and development. He works with national developers and franchised restaurant operators to help them expand and grow their presence throughout Pennsylvania. Anthony has represented numerous retail, industrial and office clients as a buyer/tenant rep and also a seller/landlord rep. Anthony has a strong understanding of the needs of his clients whether property owners, buyers or tenants and works to find the best fit for all involved.

John Cognetti licensed in Pennsylvania as a real estate salesman in 1977, became a broker in 1980. For distinguished service and outstanding sales performance, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR) recognized him as a life member of its PAR Excellence Club, and the Greater Scranton Board of Realtors included him in its Million Dollar Club.
In 1985, Mr. Cognetti purchased the assets of the Hinerfeld Realty Company and became its President and Broker of Record. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
Mr. Cognetti has kept current with the regional economic climate, as well as with prospective commercial and industrial real estate properties, through his current and past involvement in the economic development organizations with the Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Pocono Mountains, CANDO Hazleton, and Pittston Chambers of Commerce. As president of the Hinerfeld Commercial Real Estate Company, he was a founding member of Penn's Northeast, the regional marketing entity for economic development in Northeastern Pennsylvania and in 2012 was elected as Chairman of the Board. His community involvement includes past leadership roles with the Lackawanna Historical Society, co-founder of the Architectural Heritage Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania, former member of the Board of Directors of Meals on Wheels.
Currently, he serves as a director of Fidelity Deposit & Discount Bank where he is secretary of the board, and is a member of the board of St. Francis Kitchen.

Over time, she seamlessly transitioned through various roles within marketing, real estate brokerage and property management, demonstrating her adaptability and dedication.
Having honed her skills and knowledge, Mrs. Trivett possesses a profound understanding of the real estate landscape. Her expertise encompasses a wide spectrum, from administrative tasks to strategic decision-making. Throughout her career, she has effectively navigated the complexities of property management, leaving an indelible mark on each role she undertakes.
A seasoned professional, Mrs. Trivett's proficiency extends to marketing strategies tailored for each property type. Her ability to position assets strategically ensures maximum exposure through advertising and lead generation. This approach guarantees that Sellers and landlords receive the highest and most advantageous offers promptly.

Settled in the picturesque Clifford area, she shares a joyous journey with her husband of nearly 30 years and their cherished dogs. An unconventional passion for raising exhibition poultry also reflects her meticulous attention to detail and her nurturing spirit.

Having recently earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilkes University, Vanessa Musto is an eager new addition to the Hinerfeld team. Throughout her undergraduate studies, Vanessa experienced an innate desire to explore the real estate industry, motivating her to accept a position as a research analyst at a commercial real estate company, where her duties solidified her interest in the industry and inspired her to move forward with earning her Pennsylvania salesperson license. To supplement her existing knowledge within the field, she then completed a certificate program through Cornell University in Commercial Real Estate Development.
Vanessa currently works as a property manager for a private portfolio owner and looks forward to continuing to utilize her business acumen and communication skills in her future endeavors. In her leisure time, Vanessa can be spotted drinking an absurd amount of iced coffee, obsessing over her goldendoodle, exercising, or reading books written by her favorite entrepreneurs.
