Helping Hand EAP is here to help your employee reach their goals, before there is a significant impact upon colleagues, family, friends, or their health... The Helping Hand Employee Assistance Program (EAP) was first established in Eastern North Carolina in 1985. It began with a single industrial client and two very dedicated therapists. Today's Helping Hand EAP provides counseling services to a variety of clients along the Eastern seaboard. Very different than a lot of our competitors, we have intentionally kept our program small enough to keep our interactions and services personal, responsive, and client-focused... Why the Helping Hand EAP? Our Passion is helping people. We are not an Insurance Company, or contracted with a Managed Care Institution. We do not offer numerous non-related services that distract form our mission. Simply, we focus on "People Helping People."
