Hemstreet Development Corp. is a commercial real estate development and property management company originally from the Pacific Northwest and now in North Scottsdale, Arizona. Established in 1975 our company has successfully designed, constructed, and managed a diverse portfolio of properties in Oregon, Washington, California, Montana, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, North Carolina, and Alabama. These include residential sub-divisions at many price levels, senior living communities, motels, hotel and resort properties (both non-franchised and franchised), condominiums, apartment homes, self-storage facilities, office buildings, and retail shopping centers... We are involved in all aspects of development, from original site acquisition, planning and design, entitlements, financing, construction and leasing, and full-service property management.
