Adam Wooster

As the Rental Division Manager, Adam's mission is to set the standard for customer-focused operations, coach the leasing and rental management staff, and enable resources for all internal and external rental clients. Adam has a people-first philosophy and believes that all goals will be achieved if people are treated with personal care, respect and integrity. Adam has managed over 2,000 rental units throughout the greater Charlotte area and other markets, and directed 75+ employees. He has extensive experience in interior and exterior renovation projects, as well as new property acquisitions. Adam has also spearheaded recruitment and training initiatives focused on improving all aspects of leasing, resident retention and profit optimization for owners. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science-Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing from the University of South Carolina, as well as a Masters in Managerial Sciences from Georgia State University. His leadership helped his properties earn multiple awards for online reputation, customer service and leasing performance. Blake Henderson

In his role as Renovations & Maintenance Division Manager, Blake provides leadership and operational oversight to Henderson's in-house, full-service Renovations & Maintenance Division. Blake has been with Henderson Properties since 2018 (officially), although he has helped in the business wherever additional hands were needed since a young age. He is the proud, oldest son of co-owners Phil and Shelly Henderson. Blake previously worked in the Rentals Department as a Rental Property Manager and held a large size portfolio of 200+ units. With Blake's previous experience of high-volume property management, he is positioned to excel at running the Renovations & Maintenance Division at high efficiency. His experience includes, but is not limited to, handling the daily duties and operations within maintenance, coordinating vendors, aiding with staff, preparing budgets and reports, training new and current employees, and prides himself on stellar customer service. Blake holds a degree in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College in Farmville, VA, where he also played football and was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.

Lisa Ratledge, a true native to the Charlotte area. She grew up in Cabarrus County and came back to Charlotte in 1985 after receiving a BS in Business Administration from UNC-Greensboro. Living in the south Charlotte area for over 20 years, she has seen and experienced the changes and growth that has brought Charlotte to where it is today. She has been a NC/SC Broker/REALTOR® since 2007 and is a member of the National Assoc. of Realtors, the Charlotte Regional Realtors Assoc., and the Carolina Multiple Listing Service. Specialties and certifications include Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Short Sales Foreclosures, and Bank Owned Properties (SFR). Lisa understands the necessity of staying up to date with an ever changing real estate market.

Shelly Henderson - Founder

Shelly believes in giving back to the community and volunteers with JDRF's Charlotte chapter. The organization is committed to funding Type 1 diabetes research in search of a cure. She was recently named Advisory Board Supervisor for the University of Delaware's Sigma Kappa chapter, Theta Delta. She also supports Christian Library International, which collects and distributes Christian books and Bibles to prisons across America. Henderson Properties regularly supports Second Harvest Food Bank, as it is a cause close to Shelly's heart. In her free time, Shelly enjoys attending sporting events, traveling, and curling up by the fire with a good glass of wine. Tom Borloglou

Tom has been a business manager for over 25 years in both small business and fortune 500 companies. For the past 10 years Tom has worked in the Association field in various capacities with Henderson Properties and as a board president in two different communities. Prior to joining Henderson Properties, Tom worked at Symantec where he was responsible for business operations with teams located in North America as well as multiple locations in Asia Pacific. Responsibilities ranged from managing daily business activities, creating and implementing process improvements, and staff development. Tom has the business experience and acumen to lead the Shared Services Division and help guide Henderson Properties as it continues to grow.
