Christina J. Graziadei is an Associate in Hinman, Howard, & Kattell, LLP's Business and Corporate Law and Not for Profit Corporation and Foundation Practice Groups. Her practice includes counseling both for-profit and not-for-profit entities in all aspects of operation, including formation, organization, transactions, contract review, business succession planning, and dissolution.
Christina received her B.A. in 2016 from Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York (Political Science). She received both her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and her Master's degree (Forensic Science) from Syracuse University College of Arts and Science's Forensic and National Security Sciences Institute in 2019. During her time at Syracuse Law, Christina served as an Academic Success Fellow in the areas of Torts and Constitutional Law. She was also an Associate Notes Editor for the Syracuse Law Review.
A native of Oriskany, New York, Christina is excited to be a member of the Greater Binghamton community. She has served as a volunteer girls basketball coach and on the Board of Directors of the Endicott Performing Arts Center, and she currently serves on the Board of Directors of Broome Co-Operative Insurance Company and the Children's Home of Wyoming Conference.

Corey R. Barklow is an associate at Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP and a member of the Pension and Employee Benefits and Commercial Litigation practice groups.
Prior to joining HH&K, Corey received his Bachelor's Degree from Stevenson University in 2010. He received his law degree in 2015 from Albany Law School of Union University. While in law school, Corey earned several achievements based on academic merit. He was selected to serve as an Associate Editor on the ALBANY LAW REVIEW and was selected for the Sponsler Fellowship program, an honors program awarded to select students based on their first year's academic performance.
During law school, Corey served as a teaching tutor for the A.C.E.S. program and, upon graduation, he earned the Mathew Bender Prize, an award given to the student who earns the highest standing in the field of Trusts and Estates. Additionally, Corey conducted and assisted in conducting small group review sessions, provided individual tutoring and assisted faculty in critiquing individual students' responses to sample questions and problems as a teaching assistant in the fields of Criminal Law and Federal Civil Procedure.

Erica L. Lawson is a partner at Hinman, Howard & Kattell and is the Chair of Hinman, Howard & Kattell's Business and Corporate Law Practice Group. Erica concentrates her practice in advising business and corporate clients on all aspects of their operations.
Ms. Lawson is part of the HH&K mergers and acquisitions team, and she regularly engages in negotiation and drafting of transaction documents for various complex business transactions. Her M&A practice involves everything from the purchase and sale of small, closely held businesses to large scale acquisitions and includes asset and equity transactions, private equity recapitalizations, mergers and consolidations and everything in between. Ms. Lawson has also handled formation and organization of various business entities, is well versed in business succession planning, and regularly assists clients with their day-to-day operations, including compliance with corporate formalities, equity investment and incentive equity options, and drafting and reviewing of contracts.
Ms. Lawson's corporate practice also involves representing various healthcare facilities, including skilled nursing and other long term care facilities, with respect to mergers and acquisitions as well as other contract matters. Her representation of various corporate clients also includes handling financing matters, and she has assisted numerous clients with obtaining financing from governmental agencies, financial institutions and other non-traditional lenders, and obtaining tax reductions and bond financing from applicable economic development organizations.
In addition to her corporate practice, as a member of the HH&K Construction Law Practice Group, she also counsels and assists both contractors and owners with the preparation, negotiation and implementation of construction contracts.
Ms. Lawson is the Chair of the Firm's Technology Committee and counsels various clients with respect to information technology matters and cybersecurity compliance.

Gary C. Tyler is a partner at Hinman, Howard & Kattell and chair of the firm's Workers' Compensation and Disability Benefits Practice Group. Gary is experienced in handling all matters involving Worker's Compensation Law, including representing injured workers, defending insurance companies and employers against claims by injured workers, representing businesses in disputes with the Workers' Compensation Board, and contesting workers' compensation insurance audits. He has successfully represented many businesses in negotiating favorable settlements of penalties and assessments made against these businesses by the Workers' Compensation Board.
