Janet is the owner and managing attorney of Hocker Law, LLC. She has practiced law for over 27 years in the areas of real estate, small business and title insurance. Her clientele has ranged from private individuals to international casinos. She is a member of the Indiana Bar Association, The Indiana Land Title Association, American Land Title Association and is an agent for First American Title Insurance Company and WFG National Title. She is an Indiana and Federal Government Contractor providing closing, escrow and title services to the City of Indianapolis, State of Indiana, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and United States Department of Agriculture.
Jennifer (Jen) Hammond focuses her practice in the areas of family law, guardianship, and estate planning and administration. She has also served as a volunteer Guardian Ad Litem. Jen went to law school later in life after raising her family. Prior to law school, she served as a legal secretary and family law paralegal. She also holds a BSW from Indiana University and worked as a child welfare social worker for several years. Advocating for families, especially for the child(ren)'s best interest, is what drives her. She is passionate about using the legal system to help families become stronger and healthier, in every stage of their lives.

Rachel is a Certified Family Law Specialist, as certified by the Family Law Certification Board, a domestic relations mediator, guardian ad litem and parenting coordinator. She focuses her practice in all areas of family law, including: divorce, collaborative law, custody, child support, parenting time, paternity, guardianship, prenuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements. She also provides services in will/estate planning and probate. She strives to provide solutions to her clients' problems and guide them through the often confusing and stressful legal process.
