Background:
Alicia obtained her LL.B degree from the University of South Africa. In 2017 she commenced with her articles at a small sized law firm situated in George. She was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2020. Alicia is a dynamic self-starter with specific focus on her key performances and deliverables.
She joined the Heyns and Partners Team in 2023 and assists with the General litigation and correspondent practice at the Cape Town office.
Background:
Charl graduated with the LL.B degree from Stellenbosch University in 2022 and joined Heyns and Partners in January 2023 as a Candidate Attorney. He has a keen interest for matters pertaining to Company Law, Family Law and Commercial Dispute Resolution. He is currently working in the conveyancing department
Cornelia is passionate about people and the law. She has a BA LLB degrees from the University of Stellenbosch.
Background: Passionate about people and the law, Cornelia has a BA LL.B degree from the University of Stellenbosch and is an admitted Attorney and Conveyancer. She has been a practicing attorney since 1990 and currently heads up the litigation department of Heyns and Partners.
Versatile and experienced, Cornelia has dealt extensively with commercial litigation, family law and personal injury, but she has a special interest in trust and property law, and has been involved in a number of high-profile cases. Cornelia also assists non-South African clients and companies with cases both locally and abroad on a regular basis.
Background:
Lara completed her BA(Law) and LL.B degrees at the University of Stellenbosch. She joined Heyns and Partners in January 2023 as a Candidate Attorney and is currently working in the litigation department. Her legal interests include Property Law, Consumer Protection Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
In 2022, Lara graduated from the University of Stellenbosch with her Bcom (Law) LLB degrees. She joined the Heyns team in June 2023 as a Candidate Attorney in the litigation department.
Megan obtained her LL.B degree at the University of South Africa and completed her articles at a medium sized firm based in Cape Town. Megan was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2019 and as a Conveyancer in 2021. Megan specialises in conveyancing, deceased estates, estate planning and wills

Melanie obtained her Baccalaureus Juris from UPE(NMMU) and her LL.B degree from the University of South Africa and is a admitted Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer.

She joined the Heyns & Partners Team in 2023 and assists with Conveyancing, Deceased Estates and the correspondent practice at the King William's Town Office.
Michelle obtained her B.Comm (Law) and LLB degrees at the University of Stellenbosch.
Background: Michelle obtained her B. Com (Law) and LL.B degrees at the University of Stellenbosch. After finishing her studies she completed her articles at a medium firm situated in Somerset West and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2020.
Michelle is passionate about family law and now holds a key role in the Heyns and Partners team employed in our litigation department.
Tshepang graduated with her Bachelor of Laws at the University of the Western Cape. Tshepang completed her articles at a medium firm situated in Durbanville in 2016 where she gained her experience in the conveyancing department where she was admitted as Attorney Notary and Conveyancer. Tshepang is an ambitious vibrant leader, and her energy is shone through her work that exceeded to her adding the title of Director to her name in 2017 and executes her. She has experience in development transfers, deceased estate transfers, divorce transfers, sectional title and conventional transfers, developments as well as private and commercial bonds. Tshepang joins Heyns and Partners Inc as a Director and leads the mortgage bond registration team within the conveyancing practise group in our Panorama office. She brings our firm her experience with freehold bonds, sectional title bonds, development bonds and private bonds for all the major commercial banks. Tshepang believes in education and training and is a firm advocate for empowerment and growth. She also loves training estate agents and bond originators on compliance and the vast changes in the property industry. Tshepang's interest are in Property Law, Trusts, Administrations of Deceased Estates and Estate Planning and she executes her duties passionately and diligently.
Upon completing his studies at the University of Stellenbosch, Wilem joined Heyns & Partners Inc as a Candidate Attorney in 2021.
