Kate was born and raised in South Hobart, and after graduating from the University of Tasmania she went on to work in administrative support roles in both the Private and Public sectors. Her varied work experience provided the building blocks for developing a wide range of skills, as well as a talent for adaptability. In 2007 Kate moved to her husband's home city of Sacramento in Northern California where she found work in the Real estate industry, quickly working her way up from casual reception to managing a busy office of 20 + agents. Returning to the Huon Valley to settle here with her family in 2016, Kate found a new role assisting in the management of a luxury accommodation business in Cygnet. Joining Amber Leighton's team in 2021, Kate has proved to be a diligent, hardworking, and efficient member of the Cygnet office. Kate has recently gained her Property Representative License and is looking forward to building her knowledge and experience in Real Estate in the Huon Valley.

Born in WA, Kirsty moved to Tasmania more than 20 years ago after living in Northern NSW. Kirsty has lived and worked locally during those years, giving her an extensive knowledge of the town, its surrounding areas, and the Huon Valley.
She loves travelling and exploring the state. Hiking, paddle boarding and most recently playing cricket for the Cygnet Slab Road Women's team are all passions that allow her to make the most of our beautiful natural landscapes and see new parts of Tasmania.
Kirsty joined Amber at the Homelands Cygnet office in 2016, quickly becoming an integral part of the growing business. Kirsty's administration skills, creativity and talent for graphic design and marketing, along with her knowledge of local real estate makes her an outstanding personal assistant.
Kirsty's knowledge of the Huon, and her interest in the community, has contributed to the growth of the Cygnet office, seeing Homelands Cygnet gain, and continue to maintain a reputation for impeccable service and great community events and support.
Nico has been in the real estate industry since 2011. She has worked in many roles including, leasing, business development, marketing and community development.
Nico has a wealth of knowledge in the property investment industry and takes pride in her high level of communication. Nico is a deeply passionate and driven professional. She understands the importance of having property assets managed with care.
