Brian Coolidge - CFO

Brian became the new CFO of Holland Pump Company in 2024. He previously served as Director of External Reporting at Claire's and as Director of Financial Reporting at Neff Corporation, where he worked for 13 years. Prior to his role with Neff, he worked in public accounting at Grant Thornton. Brian provides a diverse financial background and has extensive experience in internal/external reporting, enterprise accounting, and mergers and acquisitions. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Bachelors of Science in accounting from Florida Atlantic University and holds a Masters degree in accounting from Florida International University. Brian enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and fishing.

Brian Kieley

A 36-year veteran of Holland Pump, Brian started as a delivery man and worked in positions of progressive responsibility and was appointed service manager in 1999. After several successful years of tremendous growth, Brian was appointed branch manager in 2005. Brian's operational skills, oraganization, and branch support continued to evolve to his now role as SVP, Operations. He is an avid mechanic that enjoys Buick cars and fast boats. Brian and wife, Colleen love visiting Disney World and sampling microbrews.

Gary Beling

Gary joined the Holland Pump Team in 2022 as VP, Corporate Development, to lead acquisitions, facilitate post-acquisition integration, and help develop the Company's 3-year strategic plan. Gary is a seasoned, Miami-based former investment banker with over 25 years of mergers and acquisitions experience at Credit Suisse First Boston, Société Générale, UBS Warburg, and Mizuho Securities USA, all in New York City. Gary is a Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude graduate of The Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, Princeton University. Gary is the father of teenage twin daughters and an avid traveler, tennis player, reader of historical fiction, and skeet/trap sportsman.

Jarrod Williamson

Jarrod joined Holland Pump in 2020. He has held numerous Sales Management and Leadership roles in the rental industry within the Water and Wastewater sector. Jarrod provides a broad leadership background with over 20 years of experience in team building, exceeding client expectations, and delivering positive results. Jarrod holds a Bachelors of Science in Communications from East Carolina University. Jarrod and his wife, Cassie, are the proud parents of one daughter and enjoy traveling in warm climates and spending time at any event related to East Carolina athletics.

Patrick Sweeney

Pat is a 35-year veteran of Holland Pump, where he started as the purchasing and materials manager. He held positions of progressive responsibility and was appointed vice president in 1992 and treasurer in 1999. In 2015, Pat was appointed vice president of health & safety. Pat is a graduate of the University of Florida. As a proud father of two, Pat loves golf, traveling, and Florida Gator football.

Tom Vossman - CEO

Tom became the new CEO of Holland Pump Company in 2021. His focus is to grow and execute the vision of becoming the super-regional pump rental, parts, service, and manufacturing company. Tom's previous experience includes Chairman of the Board of Holland Pump Company, CEO of Newterra, President, Infrastructure Solutions division for Aegion Corp., and COO of Insituform, among others. Tom holds a Masters in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University, and a Bachelors from West Point. He is a proud father of two, enjoys traveling, outdoor sports, and fundraising/volunteering for the Racing for Cancer foundation.

Wade Norris

Job Titles:
  • VP, Manufacturing
A 30-year veteran of Holland Pump, Wade started as a yard man, executed deliveries and rental set-ups, and became the lead pump-head repair technician in 1995. As Holland's resident pump-head specialist, he also doubled as the primary painter for manufacturing. Wade was appointed service manager in 2005, central repair manager in 2012, and was appointed vice president of manufacturing in 2018. During his free time, Wade enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with his family.
