Andrew Micheletti joined Herrling Clark in 2022 after working for over 13 years at a local Fox Valley firm. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Minnesota - Duluth and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2008 from the University of St. Thomas, School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Andrew's primary areas of practice are Civil Litigation, Business Law, Employment Law, Foreclosures and Real Estate. Andrew has litigated cases all over the State of Wisconsin at both the State and Federal levels. He has also represented clients in multiple appeals actions including arguing before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Attorney Chuck Koehler has been a Partner with the Herrling Clark Law Firm for over 25 years as Financial Chairman. From 2013-2014 he served as the Firm's President. Charles J. Hartzheim

Chuck Hartzheim served as an attorney with the Herrling Clark Law Firm since 1972 until his retirement on December 31, 2020. Shortly after his retirement, Chuck passed away and it was with heavy hearts we all said our goodbyes. But we also reflected on Chuck's life with gratitude for all that Chuck contributed to our Firm and to his clients over the years, and we will be forever thankful for his friendship. Attorney Hartzheim emphasized practice in the areas of business law, business mergers and acquisition law, trusts, estate planning, probate law, real estate law, and elder law/divestment of assets. When he was active in practice, Chuck served on many boards and committees to ensure he could best serve his clients, such as the Probate, Trust, and Real Estate Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Attorney Greg Curtis is a Partner with the Herrling Clark Law Firm, Ltd. Greg joined the firm immediately after earning his doctorate in law from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1990. Since that time, Greg has concentrated his practice in the areas of business and corporate law, estate planning, elder law, real estate, and business succession planning. Greg also spent numerous years representing various municipalities as a town, city, or village attorney. Greg's remarkable acumen in business matters can be attributed to years of experience handling complex matters such as: the forming of corporations and limited liability companies; drafting buy-sell agreements; drafting employment agreements; drafting, reviewing, and litigating the enforceability of contracts; drafting and reviewing stock sale agreements; negotiating and closing complex business sales and purchases; and drafting of all pertinent real estate documents including land contracts, offers to purchase, and deeds. John Claypool concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury litigation. He is a board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocates. Katelyn P. Sandfort joined Herrling Clark in 2020 after a decade of complex litigation practice at a Northeast Wisconsin law firm. She was promoted to shareholder in 2022. Katelyn completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota and went on to earn her juris doctorate from the University of Wisconsin. Katelyn's primary area of practice is representing injured people and their families when they have been involved in an accident or other injurious event. The first ten years of her career, she defended personal injury actions. Her past experience as a defense attorney provides her additional insight of what the insurance company on the other side of a claim will likely do, both pre-suit and in litigation. She is able to use that advantage for her clients' benefit while litigating and resolving their claims. Katelyn has tried cases throughout the State of Wisconsin, from Milwaukee County to Eau Claire County and, of course, close to home in Outagamie County. Kelly S. Kelly is a partner at the Herrling Clark Law Firm, Ltd. Kelly's practice is entirely devoted to family law matters. From a straightforward modification of support or maintenance claim to litigating a complex divorce, Kelly has experience and comfort handling a variety of legal matters that affect her clients and their families. After almost twenty years of experience in the family law arena, Kelly knows how critical it is that all family law cases be handled diligently, with compassion and respect. Kevin Lonergan - President

Mike joined the firm in 1974. He served as the firm's President for six years. Mike's trial experience includes a wide range of claims, from winning a jury verdict against Ford Motor Company for manufacturing a defective automobile to obtaining a punitive damages award against a national insurance company for libel and slander. He has tried accident cases involving farm machinery, ATVs, motorcycles, automobiles, dog bites, and other animal claims, as well as claims against manufacturers of defective products. Roger W. Clark

Roger Clark developed specialties in personal injury litigation, municipal law, and municipal litigation.
