Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Mr. Lickert has served as an adjunct instructor at Pulaski Technical College and as a speaker for seminars conducted by the National Business Institute. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Lickert served as a Vice President of a financial services firm and worked as a commercial loan officer and loan workout specialist with a large commercial bank. He has audited small to medium sized businesses as a CPA for certified public accountant firms in Atlanta, Georgia, and Little Rock, Arkansas.
