David was born and raised in San Diego. A graduate of Hilltop High School, he attended San Diego State University and University of Phoenix earning a degree in Business Management. He has been with Hoffman Hanono Insurance since 1995 and became President in 2006, the third generation to do so. David and his wife have three children. In his spare time, he enjoys fly fishing, traveling, and playing golf.
Ezra has been with Hoffman Hanono Insurance since 1976 and has been a partner since 1985. He believes that family is always first and this philosophy transitions to his clients-he treats all of his clients like family. Ezra has been married for 46 years and he has three children and one grandchild. In his free time he enjoys backyard BBQs with family and friends, traveling on cruises, and snow skiing. His favorite activity as of late has been swimming with his 18 month old grandson.
In 1959, our founder Jerry Hoffman started our agency with one thing in mind-to bring clients peace of mind by offering affordable insurance solutions with the highest customer service attainable. Our name later changed to Hoffman Hanono in 1970. David Hoffman, our third generation of the Hoffman family, joined us in 1995 and has taken us into the 21st century without a misstep in our founder's original commitment to our customers. David and his team continue to provide modern insurance solutions grounded by old school values. Today, you can expect nothing less than the best customer service and the right insurance coverage that our team will match you with.

Michelle has been with Hoffman Hanono Insurance since 2005. She began her career at an entry-level position and has worked as a Commercial & Personal Lines Account Manager. She joined the management team in 2017. Michelle is a natural leader and is a great coach to her team. She works directly with our Agency System and Account Managers to try and streamline our procedures. Michelle's number one goal is to be sure that our clients receive the highest level of customer service. In her free time, she enjoys reading, and spending time with her family.
