CRAIG STONE - CEO

Craig focuses his attention on the day-to-day management of both HireNetworks and Campbell & James Executive Search. Before founding HireNetworks in April of 2001, Craig spent three years as VP/COO of the DC-based recruiting firm Edgesource. Prior to this, he spent six years at IBM serving in several roles including analyst, software sales consultant and manager of the company's mobile and wireless group. As a regional investor, Craig stays engaged in the entrepreneurial experience with the value of his network. He is an investor in the Atlantis Group angel fund, Southern Capitol Ventures, Bull City Ventures and co-founded, Triangle Angel Partners (TAP). He has recently served as Chairman Triangle Technology Executives Council (TTEC), is currently on Elon University's Entrepreneurship board, an active member on the board of directors for the non-profit organizations Hope International and the Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED). Craig is also a regular speaker and mentor on the topics of careers, recruiting, angel investing and entrepreneurship. Craig played college and professional tennis and holds an Accounting degree from Elon University. Craig currently resides in Raleigh with his three sons.

JESSICA HARROLD - CFO

Jessica is proof that intern programs work! She started with HireNetworks in 2010 and has moved through the ranks learning all sides of the business with most of her focus being in the back office. She has been promoted to the Director of Finance & Operations where she handles all accounting, payroll, benefits and finances for HireNetworks. Jessica spends her free time reading and playing soccer and lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband and daughter.

MICHAEL DOYLE - President

Michael leads the strategic direction for HireNetworks recruiting, sales and account management teams. His focus is to ensure the company delivers the highest level customer engagement to both clients and talent to enable business results. Michael spent more than 20 years in various leadership roles with Manpower Inc. Prior to joining HireNetworks, Michael established Accrete Management, a consulting firm providing expertise in Leadership Management, Engagement and growth strategies for companies. He is a passionate executive with extensive experience in P&L management, people leadership, operational execution, organizational development, and sales/account management. Michael holds a degree in Communications from North Carolina State University. He resides in the Raleigh area with his wife Amy and his two children.

Tony Shaffner

Tony has 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition working across a wide range of industries including Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Consulting services. Prior to joining HireNetworks he served in leadership roles for two public companies going through rapid transformation and critical hiring initiatives: Acadia Healthcare and AllianceBernstein.
