Amanda Johnson

Physical Therapy Technician Amanda joined the High Pointe team in 2015 after being a stay-at-home mom for nearly 11 years. She and her husband, Bill, have been in Clarksville for 15 years and have three children, Parker, Cole, and Chloe. Amanda grew up outside of St. Louis, MO, in Belleville, IL. Amanda quickly made herself indispensable to the High Pointe team by becoming the resident photographer, general Mrs. Fix-It, carpet layer, and seamstress. Her absence is felt when she spends more time at home with her urchins in the summer but she knows we'll take her whenever we can get her! Besides playing softball for her church team, she enjoys spending time with her family, being silly, photography, sewing, gardening.

Amber Fetter

Ph Physical Therapist Amber joined High Pointe's team in August 2019. She received a ‘rock solid' education from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, earning her BS in Exercise Science in 2017 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019. Amber serves both pediatric and adult clients where she enjoys helping all patients achieve their goals. She believes that therapy should be fun and functional for all ages. Amber hopes to further herself professionally in the coming years by specializing in pediatrics and attending as many courses as possible to ensure her patients get the best care available. She also helps manage High Pointe's social media platforms (so please, follow us on Facebook). When she's not at High Pointe, Amber loves spending time with her husband, Jay, and their new Corgi puppy, Pepper, who is as spunky and sassy as her name. Amber is known to always have a smile on her face, a go-getter attitude, and a coffee cup in her hand. She enjoys gardening, board games, trying new restaurants, Bible journaling ,and is a self-proclaimed Disney expert.

Ashley Brown

Pediatric Patient Intake Coordinator Ashley joined the High Pointe Family in July of 2019. Though born and raised in Indiana, Ashley and her family came to Clarksville by way of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, with the help of the United States Army. She and her husband Derrick have been married for 6 years and they have two loving and adventurous boys, Rhett (2) and sweet Lincoln (1). Their adorable Goldendoodle Solo can often be seen under Ashley's desk in the pediatric clinic loving on patients and therapists alike. Ashley comes to High Pointe with 4 years of experience as a patient coordinator in physical therapy clinics and is set to graduate with her Bachelors in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University in 2020. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, barrel racing, and going out for Mexican with friends.

Chrissy Dachtler

Patient Intake Coordinator Chrissy became a part of the High Pointe Family recently in May 2018. She is an original Clarksville native where she met her husband of 6 years Joshua Dachtler. They have two amazing children. Adalynn 12, an exceptional gymnast with such a lovable personality and Ayden 11, an adventurous kind hearted little Ninja. Their family lives on a small farm in the country with 3 fur babies Kanoot, Rosey Mae, and Tucker along with 5 cows. They have hopes in the near future in growing their farm. Chrissy has been working in the medical field for 10 years. Her main responsibilities at High Pointe include checking in patients, scheduling appointments, and helping our patients have everything they need to begin therapy. She believes it is truly rewarding to help others by being a part of something that makes others feel better. When not working, she enjoys date nights with her husband, spending time with her family, antique shopping, gardening, bonfires, and grilling out with friends.

Courtney Kimsey

Physical Therapist Courtney is a 2010 graduate of Belmont University where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Prior to that, she attended and graduated Mississippi State University with a Bachelors degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2007. Courtney originally joined the High Pointe team as part of her internship then stayed on as a technician prior to physical therapy school. She rejoined the team in August 2014 with a focus in pediatrics. Courtney is from Clarksville, TN and loves being so close to all of her family. She is married to Eric and has 3 little girls - Annabelle, Mattie Kate and Eliza…who keep her very busy! Courtney loves spending time with her husband and kids doing anything outdoors, running, and boating with her family.and cooking.

Jessie Carter

Physical Therapist / Owner Jessie is a 2001 graduate of the University of Evansville in Evansville (IN) where she earned both her BS and Masters degrees in physical therapy. Prior to transferring to UE, she attended Murray State University in Murray, KY, where she majored in biology. Most recently, Jessie completed the Executive Program in Private Practice Management through Evidence in Motion and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) through the EIM Institute of Health Professions. Jessie grew up in Columbia, IL, a suburb of St. Louis, MO, but moved to Clarksville in 2003 to be closer to family. Jessie and her husband Rusty have three almost grown children - Addie, Gracie, and Will, who keep them very busy. The family also has a sweet pup named Ruger (a Cavachon). Besides spending any time she can with her family, Jessie enjoys writing, reading, DIY and antiquing. She enjoys Street Parking workouts and riding her Vespa named Bianca. She focuses her practice on pelvic dysfunction in both women and men and loves to trouble shoot dysfunctional movement patterns in athletes - especially as they relate to the pelvis and pelvic floor. In another lifetime, Jessie was a doula and she would love to return to it some day…maybe when the kids move out;-)

Katie Linek

Physical Therapist Assistant Katie graduated West Kentucky Technical College in Paducah, KY, in 2005 where she earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree. She joined the High Pointe team in January 2020. Katie is long time friends with Beth - they bonded over injuries and orthopaedics as previous co-workers. She has been focused on outpatient orthopaedics and sports medicine her entire career. She is a certified Kinesio tape practitioner and is also aquatic therapy certified. Katie and her husband Mike have two young girls, Anna and Elizabeth, who keep them busy. Mike is a mechanical engineering manager at Hendrickson Trailer and they have considered Clarksville home since 2006. The family loves all animals and currently have a cat (Stewey), two sister rescue dogs (Sally and Stella), and one fish (Abby). Besides spending time with her family, Katie enjoys decorating her home and repurposing furniture.

Kellie Boyd

Physical Therapist Kellie is a 1995 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Memphis physical therapy program and joined the High Pointe team in 2007. Throughout her career, Kellie has worked in a variety of therapy settings with an emphasis on neurologic rehabilitation. When Kellie and her family moved to Clarksville in 2002, she decided to try working in the outpatient clinic setting and has loved every minute of it! Kellie and her husband Chase have three children - Lauryn, Hunter, and Emma. The Boyds own ABC Family Dental here in Clarksville where Chase practices dentistry. Kellie is an avid reader, gardener, and fledgling golfer! She loves to be outdoors with her children, dogs Jaz (a German shepherd) and Thor (a St. Bernard) and cats Sophie and Jagger…and many more (we've decided to quit counting).

Marina Aldana

Mary Beth Holbrook

Physical Therapist Mary Beth graduated in 1995 from the University of Evansville in Evansville, IN, where she earned her Masters Degree in physical therapy. She worked in outpatient orthopaedics for 17 years in Owensboro, KY, serving orthopaedic and sports medicine patients. She advanced her skills through continuing education in dry needling, Selective Functional Movement Assessment and most recently becoming a Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults (CEEAA) through the Academy of Geriatric Physical Therapy of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Mary Beth took on a new role as a PT in a skilled nursing facility when her family relocated to Springfield, TN, in 2015. She joined the High Pointe Team in August 2018 to fulfill her passion of caring for the outpatient orthopaedic population. Spending time with family in Indiana and being the #1 fan of her husband, Rodney, and college kids, Megan and Justin, are sacred to Mary Beth. When not enjoying family time, she's walking, running, loving her dogs, Buddy and Greta, and growing her Christian faith.

Rusty Carter

Owner / Mr. Fix It Rusty is a 1997 graduate of Murray State University where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Music Education. Most recently, he completed his Masters of Music Education through the University of Southern Mississippi. He currently splits his time between High Pointe and Mahaffey Middle School on Fort Campbell where he is a band director. Rusty is originally from Cadiz, KY, where his parents and sister still reside. Rusty is married to Jessie and is a devoted husband and dad - prior to opening High Pointe, he was a stay-at-home Dad for six years. Rusty and Jessie have three children - Addie is pursuing an oboe performance degree at Oberlin Conservatory, Anna (Gracie) will be starting at the University of Tennessee (Knoxville) in Fall 2020, and Will attends Rossview High School. When Rusty finds any time for himself, he enjoys playing music, woodworking, building props for any marching band or ensemble his kids are involved in, target shooting, and home renovation. PS - This picture is sorely out of date - that beard is currently much longer and Rusty can be found wearing a Hawaiian shirt.

Sandy Miller

Office Manager Sandy joined the High Pointe team in October 2015 and is here to make the patient experience amazing! She handles all things patient care from scheduling patients for their initial visit, to checking insurance coverage, and making sure they are satisfied with their service. Sandy and her husband Trae are Clarksville natives so she seems connected to everyone who walks through the door. She literally never meets a stranger! Sandy found High Pointe through a patient…a patient who knew Sandy well and knew she was the perfect fit for High Pointe at a crucial time in the life of the business. Sandy and Trae have a spunky daughter Laurel who has already claimed her title as Official Playset Tester when the pediatric clinic was being built:-) Sandy coaches Laurel's softball team in the summer and looks forward to many more All-Star tournaments in the future. Laurel started first grade this year and is quick to keep Sandy and Trae on their toes! When Sandy is not at High Pointe, she enjoys nature, camping, and family vacations.
