Jeffrey M. Goodrich - Founder

Jeffrey M. Goodrich co-founded High Road in 2007 and currently serves on the Board of Directors of U.C Coatings, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Accentus, All Current Electrical Sales, All Integrated Solutions, Bluespire, Celco, Guidemark Health, General Tools & Instruments, LLC, Radix Wire & Cable, and York Wallcoverings. Jeff is a lead transaction partner responsible for reviewing investment opportunities and managing portfolio company investments. Jeff has completed nine platform company acquisitions (Accentus, Accurate Component Sales, All Current Electrical Sales, Bluespire, Celco, General Tools & Instruments, Guidemark Health, U.C Coatings, and York Wallcoverings) and has now completed eight platform company exits (Accentus, All Current Electrical Sales, All Integrated Solutions, Bluespire, Guidemark Health, General Tools & Instruments, LLC, Radix Wire & Cable, and York Wallcoverings). Previously, Jeff was a Vice President with The Riverside Company. Jeff was with Riverside from 2002 through 2006 and was involved in five acquisitions and two exits, and served on the Board of Directors of three portfolio companies. Prior to joining Riverside in 2002, Jeff spent six years in the Corporate Finance Division of IBJ Whitehall Bank & Trust Company, where he provided senior debt, mezzanine debt, and equity co-investments to support middle-market buyouts and recapitalizations. Jeff graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994 with a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in International Relations, and received his M.B.A in Finance and Accounting from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 2000.

John P. Christiano

John P. Christiano joined High Road in 2021 and is a Senior Associate on the Investment Team. Prior to joining High Road, J.P. was a Senior Associate in the Transaction Advisory practice at PwC where he performed financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions for private equity and corporate clients. J.P. received a B.S. in Accounting from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Robert J. Fitzsimmons - CEO, Founder

Previously, Bob served as a Managing Partner with The Riverside Company, a leading private equity firm focused on the smaller end of the middle market. Prior to joining Riverside in 1994, Bob was an investment professional with Citicorp Venture Capital, an investment banker with Citicorp Mergers & Acquisitions, and an auditor and tax accountant with Price Waterhouse. He has executed over $2 billion worth of transactions and is a frequent speaker at private equity industry events. Bob received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A in Finance from the University of Chicago. Robert J. Fitzsimmons co-founded High Road in 2007. As Managing Partner, he oversees all aspects of the firm's activities.

William C. Connell co-founded High Road in 2007 and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Advanced Sleep Medicine Services; he previously served on the Board of Directors of The Crown Group, Milwaukee Gear, Handi Quilter, and PANOS brands. Bill is a lead transaction partner responsible for reviewing investment opportunities and managing portfolio company investments. Bill has completed five platform company acquisitions (Milwaukee Gear, Advanced Sleep Medicine Services, PANOS brands, Handi Quilter, and The Crown Group) and four platform company exits (Milwaukee Gear, Handi Quilter, PANOS brands, and The Crown Group). Previously, Bill was a Vice President with The Riverside Company. Bill was with Riverside from 2002 through 2006 and was involved in five acquisitions and three exits, and served on the Board of Directors of four portfolio companies. Prior to joining Riverside in 2002, Bill spent five years at Connell Limited Partnership, a holding company that owns controlling interests in several manufacturing companies. Bill worked in finance and operations at Connell Limited Partnership. Bill graduated from Boston College in 1994 with a B.A. in English, and received his M.B.A from Harvard Business School in 2002.
