At HFO Investment Real Estate, Aaron Kirk Douglas oversees client services. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Oregon and has been employed with HFO for 17 years, previously holding the title of marketing director before assuming his current position.
Aaron is a voracious news junkie who appreciates keeping up with industry trends, politics, and best practices related to multifamily investments. Using his acquired knowledge and multimedia talents, Aaron has contributed significantly to the growth of HFO's informational offerings, including the company's award-winning website, podcasts, and the ongoing HFO-TV video interview series.
Aaron is dedicated to giving HFO's clients the most current and valuable industry information and other services so they can Build their legacy(SM) by maximizing their return on investment.
An Oregon native, Adam grew up in Corvallis and still has strong ties to the Willamette Valley, aiding his deep understanding of the territory. Since joining HFO in 2017, he has used this knowledge on over $130 million in transactions. He is a graduate of the University of Portland with a Business Degree in Marketing and Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Adam enjoys all things sports, fishing, and the outdoors, including traveling. On weekends you can find him at the park or playground with his wife and young children Oliver and Sadie.

Cody brings 29 years of multifamily investment sales and advisory experience to clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. His in-depth knowledge of the multifamily sector, and ability to forecast trends through macro- and micro-level market forces, has made him an invaluable resource for investors. Cody is consistently sought out by national, institutional and regional ownership groups to advise and execute on dispositions, acquisitions, or strategic positioning during hold periods. Cody has led the HFO team in some of the region's most complex and creative transactions and has built a reputation for being one of the best apartment brokers on the West Coast.
Cody graduated from the University of Montana with a B.S. in Financial Management. Cody is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Oregon and Washington.

Greg is co-founder of HFO Real Estate and brings more than 30 years of multifamily investment sales and advisory experience. Since its founding 24 years ago, the HFO team has closed transactions involving more than 39,000 apartment units valued at nearly $6.0 billion. Greg's granular knowledge of the market has helped HFO become the market leader for multifamily transactions in Oregon and SW Washington for both private and institutional clients. He has served on the boards of Multifamily NW and More Housing Now! He is a frequent speaker at industry events and guest lecturer at the PSU Center for Real Estate.
Greg graduated from Portland State University with a B.S. in Business Administration/Finance. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Oregon and Washington.
Jack has more than 10 years of experience in multifamily investment real estate. In 2013, Jack was recruited from a national commercial real estate firm to join HFO. As a Portland native, Jack draws upon his first-hand knowledge of the metro area to educate clients on the region and submarkets within it. Jack consistently receives raves from clients for his responsiveness and communications in our follow-up surveys. Since joining HFO, Jack has worked on transactions valued at over half a billion dollars. Jack holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Oregon. He is a licensed real estate broker in both Oregon and Washington.
Julie is a marketing professional with more than seven years of experience in investment real estate. Prior to joining the HFO team, Julie directed the marketing and communications team for a San Francisco-based private investment company focused on multifamily and office properties, and managed content marketing for a Portland firm that acquired industrial, self-storage, hospitality, and multifamily assets.
Maritsa is an experienced bilingual administrative management professional. She is organized, personable, and action-oriented with natural communication skills. Before joining HFO, Maritsa worked as a community administrator for Community Management, Inc., a Portland-based manager for homeowner associations in Oregon and Washington. Her other experience includes work as a medical supply customer service specialist. At HFO, Maritsa keeps our busy executives on task and assists with many marketing-related projects as well. Her office skills and experience with managing detailed information and excellent customer service made her a standout among applicants.

Megan loves all things old: dogs, antiques, people, houses, towns & history.
Megan Draper is an experienced contracts administrator now using her experience as part of our transaction and closing team. She has studied business administration at Portland Community College and is a graduate of Forest Grove High School. Her prior work achievements include supervising and training a team of contract administrators, conducting account audits, and working closely with sales teams and multiple branches of Pacific Office Automation. She also spent over a decade managing and supervising a Bi-Mart sporting goods department and was selected by the company CEO to assist in opening three new Bi-Mart stores in Oregon.

Michael Pierce is a research analyst and CRM administrator with roughly a decade of business, statistical, and custom analytics under his belt. He will be supervising the maintenance of HFO's proprietary database of multifamily owners, along with reporting, data analytics, and integration of these sophisticated techniques in the advancement of HFO's renowned reputation for client service.
Tyler brings more than 20 years of experience in multifamily brokerage to HFO. His extensive network of clients includes some of the country's largest institutional and private equity ownership groups. Prior to joining HFO, Tyler was a top producing broker with the country's largest investment real estate firm, where he consistently delivered results for his clients and outpaced his peers. Investors across the country remain loyal to Tyler due to his client-service philosophy, ability to navigate complex transactions with ease, and relentless work ethic. These traits can be traced back to his youth where he was the recipient of the Eagle Scout Award. Today, Tyler continues to serve his community through volunteer work as he serves on the Leadership Cabinet at Providence Hospital's Robert W. Franz Cancer Research Center.
Tyler graduated with a B. S. in Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon.
