Cindy Woller

Cindy Woller is the first person Hometown Realty's buyers and sellers meet when they come to our office. She is the voice on the phone when people call our office. Cindy began working at Hometown Realty as a Licensed Office Assistant in 1990. As a Licensed Office Assistant, she is able to answer any questions that people have when they contact our office, as well as help out the sales staff whenever they need assistance. Cindy grew up in Hutchinson and attended the Hutchinson Area Vocational School where she took classes in sales, marketing, and business management. Cindy's two children have kept her busy throughout the years with various activities. She is a member of the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors, the Regional Multiple Listing Service, and the Notary Commission for the State of Minnesota.

Traci Atkinson

Traci Atkinson is a resident of Northern Meeker County with strong ties to the Silver Lake and Hutchinson areas. Traci grew up on a farm north of Silver Lake and now along with her husband and their two children reside in the very picturesque area of Kingston. Traci is a member of the Regional Multiple Listing Service, the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Traci has extensive knowledge of real estate and real estate mortgages. She became a real estate agent in 1999 and was a full time agent until 2006 when she went to work for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Prior to getting into real estate Traci was a closing agent for a local title company and also worked for a mortgage company servicing loans. Then in 2007 Traci came back into real estate as it was always her true passion. She truly enjoys working with people to help them realize their dreams and especially enjoys helping first time buyers and retirees reach their goals.

Zach Baum

Zach was born and raised in Anoka MN. He is the middle child of 2 step-brothers and a sister. Zach is also a liver transplant recipient of 24 years, being placed on the donor list at the age of 7. After 2 years on the donor list, he was fortunate enough to receive the greatest gift of all, a second chance at life with a new liver at the age of nine years old. After graduating from Anoka High School in 2010, Zach went off to community college to major in business. After a short stint in college, Zach decided to pursue a career in the automotive industry. After about ten years working in several different roles, Zach decided to chase a lifelong goal of helping people achieve the American dream of owning a home. Zach has now been in real estate for five years and started out selling mostly in the Twin Cities suburbs of MN. Zach's and his wife Amber (formerly Amber Taylor) met in their early college years and have been together for ten years, married for three. Amber is originally from Hutchinson, MN. They recently moved to Hutchinson along with their two-year-old son Harvey in September of 2022. Zach joined Hometown Realty last fall.
