Greg Mannis is the General Manager at Hilmann Home Building. He has over 19 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and has worked on every aspect of the home building process. Greg enjoys meeting with clients as well as delivering on-site supervising to bring the highest level of quality to our product. Greg's dependable, loyal, conscientious and client-friendly demeanor helps to bring a building process you can be confident in.

Jared Boehm is a Field Manager at Hilmann Home Building with over 15 years of hands-on construction experience. Prior to working for Hilmann, he worked for 5 years at one of Kansas City's most reputable drywall companies. Prior to that, he worked for another area home builder where he gained a broad range of experience including framing, building decks and installing windows & doors.

Shelby Plamann joined Hilmann in 2000 as Vice President and Office Manager. She brings over 23 years of experience in the industry with a previous background in Banking and Marketing.
Steve Bridges joins Hilmann as the Warranty Supervisor. His past experience has proven to be a valuable asset in taking care of the our customers and their warranty related needs.
Steve West is our Lead Project Manager at Hilmann Home Building and has over 31 years of experience in all aspects of residential construction. A licensed contractor, he is skilled in communication with homeowners and trade partners. Steve runs day-to-day operations including permitting and supervising subcontractors on our job sites.
