Ben is an Evansville native, with over 20 years in the customer service industry and 5+ years with Hoist & Crane Service Group.
Brad has been with Hoist & Crane for the last 15 years serving as a technician, branch manager, and account manager. Brad has worked in the industry for 30 years.
Brad is an overhead lifting professional with 20 years of Operations and Sales experience. He represents the East Texas and Western Louisiana markets for Hoist & Crane Service Group.
Brian has 25+ years in the Overhead Crane industry. He enjoys the industry and helping solve problems for his customers.
Clay has been with Hoist & Crane Service Group for the last 15 years. He has held many positions including service tech, service manager, branch manager and is currently the Indianapolis account manager.
With 4 years of experience in Industrial Account Management, Evan excels in forging enduring client partnerships, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills, and consistently delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Jeff has spent the last 2 decades providing the best customer service in the material handling industry.
With 34 years of Industrial & Crane Maintenance experience, Jon started his career as an industrial maintenance & crane technician. Prior to his current position as the account manager, he has also served as a branch manager, sales manager, and business development manager. His passion is providing consultative cost-effective solutions to customer's needs pertaining to OSHA compliance inspections, preventative maintenance, most efficient and safe repair or replacement solutions, modernizations, industry standards and all aspects related to maintenance solutions for cranes, elevators, docks & overhead doors.
Knud has over 30 years in the overhead crane business. His mission is to exceed customer expectations every time.
Michael has been with Hoist & Crane Service group since 2019. He has been in sales for 20 plus years and 5 years in the crane/overhead door industry.
Patrick has been with Hoist & Crane Service Group for the last 2 years but is no stranger to the crane industry. Patrick has worked in this industry for 12 years, where he started as an assistant and worked his way up.
Rebecca loves being in the industrial industry, and has worked for Hoist & Crane Service Group for over 2 years now.
Russell Denton has worked at Hoist & Crane Service Group since 2012. He started out as a technician and transferred into the account manager position in 2018, with the priority of managing current accounts and developing new business.
Stacy Kaklis has been an Account Manager at Hoist & Crane Service Group for 3 years with a total of over 25 years of experience in the Industrial Sector. From OSHA compliance inspections to major equipment modifications and upgrades, HCSG has the resources and experience to take care of any project.
Steven has been serving as an account manager in the Jacksonville branch with 15+ years' experience in the crane industry. He has also served as a technician & Branch Manager leading up to his current role. Steve started his career as a journeyman electrician concentrated in paper mills, power plants and chemical plants. He offers his customers a unique consulting expertise while utilizing his 32 years of total industrial, crane, and electrical knowledge.
For Taylor Maute, crane work just might be in his blood - following in his father's footsteps who has been in the crane industry since 1979, he started in industrial service in 2007. Maute works out of the Nashville office as Account Manager and always brings his service experience to the table whether it's from his experience in automotive, petrochemical, paper, or steel to name a few. Having worked as a technician, service manager, as well as in sales, his well-rounded industry-specific skills will support you no matter your needs, from a site contract, modifications and upgrades, to annual inspections and PMs.
Tim has been in the crane industry for the last 25 years, he has been with Hoist & Crane Service Group for the last three of those 25 years.
Todd has been proudly supplying technical expertise for overhead crane services in the SW Louisiana and SE Texas for 25 years.
