Previously based in Los Angeles, Jan served as the Global President for The Walt Disney's Interactive Division, head of The Children's Publishing Division, and part of the start up team for The Disney Stores Division. Mergers, acquisitions and turn around scenarios were an integral part of her career as a business innovator and leader of several new businesses for Disney and others. She has started over a dozen businesses and took the helm of a global turnaround which delivered a high degree of profitability and success. Real Estate transactions and development have been an integral part of the process in driving high growth to multi-disciplined business ventures. Her most recent consulting practice brought her to Hob Knob's Martha Vineyard business portfolio. She now lives in Edgartown on Martha's Vineyard. She is a Massachusetts licensed real estate agent and distinctive differentiator for our Luxury Real Estate Agency and serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the whole of the Hob Knob Companies.

Maggie brings 30 years of pragmatic real estate development experience to Hob Knob Construction. She started two real estate companies in Boulder, Colorado, and was Director of Asset Management for several large national shopping center portfolios before moving to Martha's Vineyard to completely renovate the Hob Knob Inn to the highest standards of craftsmanship and comfort. Magazines such as Travel and Leisure, Elle, Country Living, Boston and Martha's Vineyard Magazine have all featured the Inn and its impeccably detailed architecture and interiors in their pages. Maggie founded Hob Knob Construction in 2000, and under her discerning eye and deft management skills, the company has built and renovated a diverse portfolio of residential properties reflecting exceptional quality and architectural distinction. Maggie is active in island community projects, Vice President of The Farm Institute Board of Directors, and is currently President of the Edgartown Board of Trade.
