The owners of Home Conceptions are Phil and Tina Daigle. Phil grew up in the construction business, enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and upon discharge, he returned to the trades. He has over 25 years of construction experience and handles the design work and all phases of construction. He is a State of Maine third party inspector and former college instructor of construction drafting... At Home Conceptions our mission is to build the best possible home for our clients. The design/build approach enables us to aspire to this lofty goal. One party handling the design, estimation and construction saves time, money, misunderstandings and conflicts...
