Bernhard Kadner joined Hübscher & Partner in 2017 as an Austrian patent attorney candidate and is an European Patent Attorney since 2021. In the course of his work, he deals with various patent, trade mark and design matters. In addition, he assists clients in IP monitoring. Due to his studies of polymer technologies and sciences at the JKU Linz, his technical focus lies in particular in the fields of plastics technology and polymer chemistry. In the course of his work, however, he was also able to expand and deepen his knowledge in chemical process engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, materials engineering and electrical engineering.

Fabian Haiböck passed the European Qualifying Examination before the European Patent Office in 2022 and has been a European Patent Attorney at Hübscher und Partner since his registration. In addition to novelty searches, he deals with patent applications, patent grant and opposition proceedings. His main field of study is chemical engineering, as well as biotechnology. However, in the course of his work as a patent attorney trainee, he was able to expand his expertise especially in electromobility, plastics technology and mechanical processing methods. In addition to handling technical IP rights, Fabian Haiböck also deals with trademark and design matters.

Winfried Hellmich graduated from the HTL Steyr at the Department of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, completed his studies in mechatronics at the University of Linz and subsequently joined the patent law firm Hübscher und Partner. In the course of his training as a patent attorney, he successfully passed the European Qualifying Examination and the Austrian Patent Attorney Examination and has since been working as a patent attorney, as a European Patent, Design and Trademark Attorney, and meanwhile also as a partner, in the firm.
