Ann Polites is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience. A graduate of Drexel University, she has built a dynamic career across diverse industries, including consumer packaged goods, the airline industry, and benefits brokerage, before joining Honor Foods in 2012. With extensive expertise in key HR functions-such as benefits administration, 401(k) management, workers' compensation, FLSA compliance, mergers and acquisitions, payroll, recruiting, and union negotiations-Ann has successfully managed multi-state organizations while fostering alignment between employee needs and business objectives. Passionate about employee training and development, Ann is dedicated to driving organizational success through innovative HR initiatives, strengthening labor relations, and enhancing overall employee well-being.

Chris joined Honor Foods in 2004 and has experience in both inside and outside sales. His greatest strength is product knowledge, and his greatest satisfaction comes from the customer loyalty and trust he has built over many years. Chris is a fan of professional golf and Philly sports teams. Chris has little time to relax as he is the proud father of two energetic young children.

Dana joined the Honor Foods team in August 2016. After spending over 10 years in the bar and restaurant industry learning the importance of customer service, she decided to take it to the next level on this side of the business. Dana is always the first to volunteer for sampling products, especially mozzarella sticks. When not at work, she enjoys hitting the links for a round of golf, training for her next race, or simply kicking back with a home-cooked meal and a nice glass of wine.
Emory has over 14 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Prior to his position with Honor Foods, he worked in Public Accounting, obtaining valuable experience in the manufacturing, distribution, and service sectors. In addition to his professional commitments, Emory also serves on the board of a local non-profit organization. Emory and his family are passionate Philadelphia sports fans.

JD Spangler is the President of Honor Foods, a foodservice redistribution company under Burris Logistics, located in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, he oversees all operations, emphasizing strategic growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. JD collaborates closely with the teams at Honor Foods, R.W. Zant, and Sunny Morning Foods to create a unified service offering and explore new avenues for innovation and expansion.
Previously, JD held senior leadership roles at PepsiCo, Sara Lee, and several regional specialty food distributors. He showcased his ability to manage complex operations, develop innovative solutions, and lead teams to achieve exceptional results there. His extensive knowledge of the food service industry and dedication to customer satisfaction aligns well with the goals of Honor Foods and Burris Logistics.

A regional sales manager, Jeff has 30-plus years of food service industry experience in sales, purchasing, and operations. His knowledge and dedication to providing value, along with quality products and consistent service, give our customers a competitive edge. Away from work, Jeff enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering in the local community and participating in outdoor activities.

Joe's prior managerial experience at McCain Foods and Campbell Soup Company paved the way for him to join Honor Foods in 2012. As the Vice President of Sales & Purchasing, he leads his team with a true customer-first perspective. This is one of the key factors in Honor's ability to deliver exceptional food products at great prices.
Joe spends most of his free time with his active family. He enjoys improving his golf game and is a huge Villanova basketball fan. During the summer months, you will find the whole Adams crew at a beach in South Jersey.

Julie's been with Honor Foods for more than 25 years. Her earliest experience with us was when she was a child, and she and her sister would come to work on Saturday mornings with their dad, Dick Singer, an Honor Foods employee. While Julie has worked in many departments here, she says that what she enjoys most is sales, where every day is an adventure. She learned from her mentor, Margie Rossiter, that the most important thing is satisfying the customer. Outside of work, Julie likes to garden, read, cook, bake, heat up leftovers and hang out with her four rescued cats.

Keith began his career with Marriott and then transitioned to foodservice sales with Atlantic Marketing and Colony Brokerage. Keith's focus on distributors in the NY and NJ areas at this time further developed his foodservice knowledge of the mid-Atlantic region. Keith joined Honor foods in 2000 and now resides in Central New Jersey with his wife and son. A long-time New York Yankees and Giants fan, Keith takes a lot of good-natured ribbing from his Honor Foods colleagues who favor the Phillies and Eagles. "It makes it a little difficult working for a Philadelphia-based company," he says with a smile.

Lisa graduated from Philadelphia University (now Thomas Jefferson University) with a degree in fashion design. A part-time bartending job during school led her to transition into the world of food industry sales.
She started out as a Sales and Marketing Associate at Sorbee, a retail candy and condiment manufacturer, where she concentrated on customer relations, broker management, and trade events. Lisa then moved on to a position at Buona Vita, a meatball and Italian specialty products manufacturer, where she called on broadline and Italian distributors across the Mid-Atlantic region.
When not at work, Lisa likes to garden, cook, enjoy fine wines, and rocking concerts. She makes sure to get in a trip ‘across the pond' every year to visit friends and family.

Lourdes Navarro, a long-tenured Team Member with more than 30 years of experience in the protein and broadline redistribution industries, is a passionate advocate for exceptional customer service. Lourdes is deeply committed to fostering a culture of employee engagement and operational excellence to achieve growth strategies while delivering value to our customers, our vendors, our community, and our Team Members.
Lourdes is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at CSUSB and holds certifications in Purchasing and Supply Management, Negotiation, and Culinary arts. She is a fitness enthusiast and avid reader with eclectic taste in music who believes in laughter being the best medicine and the power of faith. Lourdes also loves spending time with family and her dogs.

On a more personal note, I am a huge sports fan who loves to watch football and baseball. I grew up in Massachusetts, so I'm a huge New England sports fan, but you'll find me on the golf course during the warmer weather. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family. I have four children, and three grandchildren that keep me and my wife entertained and enjoying life.

Noelle is a Senior Inside Sales Representative at Honor Foods. She joined the Honor Foods Family in May 2022. After gaining years of valuable experience as an Inside Sales Rep with a manufacturing customer of Honor Foods, Noelle decided to dedicate her knowledge and service to the redistribution side of operations!
Outside work, Noelle enjoys traveling back home to Long Island, NY, spending time with her family, especially her two nieces, and watching Westworld with her two beloved beagles. In addition, Noelle loves shopping at Marshall's and visiting her favorite city, Las Vegas, NV.

With 24 years of foodservice experience, there's nothing that Rob can't do. Everything from warehousing, transportation, purchasing, national sales, and logistics is in his wheelhouse. Before joining us at our Springfield location, Rob honed his extensive skills at Sysco (Syracuse and Connecticut), Empire Beef, and Reddy Raw. "My favorite part of my job is building strong, long-term relationships with our customers," says Rob.
Outside of work, Rob resides in Connecticut and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, coaching lacrosse, is a big-time Syracuse Orange fan, and an avid golfer.

Rory joined Honor Foods in 2009 from our parent company, Burris Logistics. But Rory has been in the food business since he started working in food retail as a young teenager with working papers. Applying years of knowledge and dedication to his work, Rory strives to keep our customers informed, stocked and happy! In addition to his sales work, Rory is also a valued buyer, who is mainly involved in buyer dairy lines for us. So, if you have some questions in the dairy realm, feel free to contact him. Recently married in 2021 to his wonderful wife, Krista, they recently welcomed their son into the world and boy is Kyler a cutie! When he's not behind the desk, working on his honey-do list, or changing diapers, the diehard Philly sports fan and avid Arsenal Football Club supporter enjoys watching sports, as well as playing basketball and golfing. In addition to all his cheese lines, he confesses to having a sweet tooth. This may be why he says his favorite vendors are Sweet Street, Brooklyn Cannoli, Gardner Pies and Cheesecake Factory.
