While we will always be dedicated to the customers who we built custom homes for, we are now refocusing our business to help with an important problem in America - the housing crisis. Homeway Homes will transition into Homeway Commercial to exclusively build multi-family apartments and large residential developments. Because we are a modular manufacturer, our approach to building is perfect for this challenge - we build fast, we build efficiently, and we build quality... While we are focusing on commercial construction in the future, we will remain dedicated to our current and past homeowners. That means we will honor our warranty program and support our customers every step of the way... We have expanded our service area to include most of the United States to meet the increased demand from architects, developers, and general contractors.
