Neil serves as General Manager & Vice President of Sales at The Henry P. Thompson Company, where he has demonstrated leadership excellence since 2014. Prior to this role, he spent over 15 years at Hydro International, progressing from Project Engineer to General Manager, accumulating extensive expertise in water and wastewater operations. Prior to this role, he cultivated eight years of invaluable consulting engineering experience at prestigious firms including Hazen and Sawyer and CDM Smith, specializing in water and wastewater treatment plant design.

Jason has served as the distinguished Sales Engineer at The Henry P. Thompson Company since 2016, overseeing water and wastewater equipment solutions across southern Ohio and eastern/central Kentucky.

Tim Shaw has held the esteemed position of President at The Henry P. Thompson Company since June of 2009. Tim is a proud alumnus of Ohio Northern University, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is duly recognized as a Registered Professional Engineer in both Ohio and Kentucky and is esteemed as a member of WEF and AWWA.
