Monty Homewood is the founder and owner of Homewood Insurance Agency. Monty grew up in Madison, WI where he attended LaFollette High School. Monty went on to attend UW-Madison where he earned his business degree in accounting.
Monty started his insurance career in 1989 as a captive agent working for a nationally recognized insurance company. He later joined the Couri Insurance Group as an independent insurance agent, forming the Homewood Insurance Agency. Monty is a member of the Wisconsin Professional Insurance Agents.
Outside of work Monty also loves to spend time outdoors whether it be on the lake water skiing, fishing, or on the golf course.

Stephanie Chapman has been a licensed agent at Homewood Insurance Agency since 2020.
She grew up in Minocqua and attended Lakeland Union High School. After high school, Stephanie relocated to Thorp, WI where she began her 20+ year career in Banking. She was the Bank Office Manager and lender for 8 years. In 2016 she had the opportunity to switch to the Insurance arm of the bank, selling commercial, personal, and life policies.
Stephanie moved to the Madison area in 2019 to continue her career path in insurance. She is passionate about getting involved in her community and meeting new people. She strives to give excellent customer service and maintaining client relationships.
Stephanie lives in Beaver Dam with her fiancé, Andy. She has 3 children and one granddaughter. In her free time, she likes to spend it with her kids and spoil her granddaughter. She also enjoys traveling, hiking, kayaking, and camping.
