Bill A. Daniel

Bill is a seasoned Human Resource Executive with broad generalist experience in corporate and field level positions, impacting all staff and line functions. He has managed union and nonunion multi-location, domestic and international organizations establishing a solid business and P&L operations knowledge in the evaluation and change of organizational structure and human resources management. Areas of specialization include Executive Development, succession planning, alternative dispute resolution, cultural transformation, acquisitions and divestitures, labor relations, and maintenance of union free status. His career includes assignments in large publicly held, to smaller privately owned companies in consumer goods, manufacturing, and service industries. Beginning his career with a wire and cable manufacturer, Bill has worked for such nationally recognized companies as Frito-Lay, Inc. and Clorox. At Frito-Lay spanning a seventeen (17) year career, he served in a number of executive roles including Director Corporate Human Resources, Director Sales Human Resources, and Director Manufacturing Human Resources. Following Frito-Lay assignments included Clorox as Corporate Director Human Resources, Vice-President Human Resources for NEODATA, and Vice-President Human Resources for Bell Packaging Corporation. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston.

Charles W. Huffstetler

Charles W. Huffstetler has over 10 years of successful experience as a senior executive in Human Resources and Operations management, training, project management and consulting. He has been active in achieving successful organizational development in both public and private companies across many diverse segments including manufacturing, distribution, transportation, wholesale, retail and service industries. Following honorable and decorated military service he completed 10 years with Texaco, Inc. He subsequently held numerous positions of increasing responsibility including assignments with multi-million dollar programs as Senior Project Manager and Consultant, Director of Fleet Operations, Director of Personnel Data Center and Group Benefits at Rollins Inc. As Director of Human Resources for Finevest Foods, a privately-held, diversified food manufacturing holding company, he played a key role in the successful organizational design and team development supporting achievement of a successful total reengineering design for Land of Sun Dairies Inc. He also has experience and solid capabilities in managing Human Resources activities in international consulting assignments for both public and private companies. He has successfully contributed in both consulting and interim management roles in start-ups, turnarounds, expansions and workouts. A Father of three and a Grandfather, Charles is actively engaged in a wide array of Training Delivery, Project Management and Measurement, Recruiting, Staffing, Assessments, and Compliance assignments in Fortune 100 companies across the United States. Charles also presently serves as a Board Advisor to several privately held companies. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Georgia State University in Atlanta.

John V. "Jack" Rice

Jack is a results-oriented, profit-driven senior executive with a proven track record in managing sales, operations, distribution and human resources. Areas of expertise include strategic restructuring, labor relations, training and development, organizational development, maintenance of union free status, and acquisitions and divestitures in both domestic and international organizations. He is thoroughly skilled in all aspects of managing a highly competitive complex business as a "take charge" leader who can recruit and build management teams, formulate and execute creative business initiatives, and lead organizations to optimum performance. Beginning his career with the Quaker Oats Company, Jack has enjoyed a record of continuing success with other nationally recognized companies such as Frito-Lay, Inc. and Coca Cola Enterprises. During his tenure with Frito-Lay he served in a number of increasingly responsible executive positions including, Director Employee Relations-Sales Operations and Planning, and Director Training and Development., He has also held positions as Senior Vice President/General Manager for Land-O-Sun Dairies, Inc. ,Vice-President & General Manager Mission Foods USA, Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing, Parmalot Daires.In addition to holding senior line positions in complex and diverse businesses he has also held senior Human Resources Position including Senior/Group Vice President levels. His Human Resources experience has included both domestic and European assignments.

Pam is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience as an Occupational Health Director. Pam has expertise in providing managerial support, practical guidance, and resourceful tools to employees as it applies to on-the-job health and safety. She has developed and implemented creative processes addressing safety sensitive positions, drug-testing guidelines, drug-free workplace regulations, and the use of behavioral assessments in managing workplace accidents and injuries. Her expertise in these areas are the foundation for the development of the W.I.N.G,S's (founded in 1997) "total person" approach to Human Capital Management. Pam's career includes Supervisor, Communicable Disease Division, for the State of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Quaker Oats Co, Intecom. Inc., OAG, Inc., Division of Dunn and Bradstreet, as well as engagements with two large research hospitals as Employee Health Nurse. Experience in these fields includes Education, Training, Health Evaluation, Medical Leave Evaluation and Follow-up, Counseling, Workers Compensation Administration and Cost Control, and New Employee Evaluation and Recommendation and/or Referral. In addition to her undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma, she has extensive professional nursing experience, both domestic and Pacific Rim.
