Dan serves as Chief Operating Officer of The Honey Baked Ham Co., having successfully navigated his role as Senior VP of Store Operations from May 2018 to September 2020. He's passionate about delivering a brand-worthy customer service experience and cultivating leaders from within. A proud Honey Baked Ham alumnus, Dan successfully served as a District Manager, Director and then VP of Operations during his tenure from 1996 to 2008. Before returning to HoneyBaked in 2018, he gained franchise leadership experience as a Director of Franchise Operations at Dunkin Brands.
Jim joins HoneyBaked from The Coca-Cola Company, where he gained diverse experience working in a variety of areas, including senior sales, marketing, operations, channel planning, sports marketing, franchise leadership and general management. Jim is a Senior Executive and board member with over 30 years of experience in public Fortune 100 companies and private entrepreneurial environments. He has a proven track record of developing breakthrough strategies, operational excellence, results delivery, team development, and leadership.
Jim brings 35-plus years of company and franchise experience and a proven track record in delivering results, aligning teams, and developing talent, he is passionate about People, Sales, the Customer Experience and Profits. He has served as a Senior Vice President, Franchise for HBH Co. since July 2023, previously, he was Senior Vice President of all Company Retail Stores starting in October of 2020. Before that, Jim served as Vice President of Operations for a large Multi Concept Franchisee in Michigan overseeing Wendy's, Del Taco and Mod Pizza brands. In addition, he has previously held leadership positions at RTM, a large Franchisee of Arby's and Captain D's.

Scott brings 20-plus years of franchise and business experience to his role as the Director of Franchise Development at Honey Baked Ham. Previously, he served as Franchise Operation Development Manager with Honey Baked Ham where was a part of the cross-functional team that designed and implemented a new signage process for all development projects. He has also previously served as President of the Atlanta Co-Op for Tropical Smoothie Cafe and owned his own franchise. In this role, he collaborated with operating partners to manage daily on-site operations and recruited, trained, and developed a strong leadership team. In his time in the franchising industry, Scott has made a large and lasting impact on the restaurant sector, a testament to his drive, passion and commitment to excellence.
