Alex Baldyga

David Butler

Felcia spent 19 years with Loews Hotels, rising through the ranks from Director of Marketing to Senior Vice President of Sales and Strategic Planning, the top-ranking sales, marketing strategy and revenue executive. 60% of Loews business is group demand and her responsibilities included the Loews Miami (1,000 rooms) and the Royal Pacific (1,000 rooms). She also was responsible for transitioning the new assets into the portfolio. During her tenure at Loews, she won numerous awards including the company's highest honor, the coveted Chairman's Award.
