David Howard

David Howard is an experienced underwriter with specific experience underwriting for acquisition and rehab projects using tax-credit equity and tax-exempt-bond financing and has conducted market and portfolio analysis for the largest non-profit housing firm the in the United States. Mr. Howard holds the prestigous CRE designation. A former Chief Underwriter for the Tax Exempt Conduit, Mr. Howard was among the first four team members, building the program from scratch. He oversaw all underwriting and worked intensively with asset management, while building the largest tax-exempt multifamily conduit program in the United States. And, Mr. Howard helped manage conduit operations to produce highest profit among all Newman groups, based on last three years. Helped develop and stabilize the securitization model used post- takeover by KKR's successor (Citibank). David earned his MBA from Columbia University.

Jack Hamilton

A Bay Area native, Mr. Rodriguez performs appraisal and consulting services throughout Northern California on a wide variety of properties, including industrial, office and retail as well as multi-tenant housing, vacant land, and residential sub-divisions. Currently an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute, he has experience with assignments intended for mortgage lending, disposition, acquisition, tax appeal, litigation and rent arbitration.

Walter Ricci is the managing partner in charge of Hamilton, Ricci & Associates. He has more than 25 years of experience providing appraisal and valuation consultation services. He holds an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, the CCIM designation from the Commercial and Investment Real Estate Institute and is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of California. Mr. Ricci has a wealth of experience providing valuation and consultation services for both public and private sector clients, including participation in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate for investment, condemnation, and lease-versus-buy analysis.
