From humble beginnings in the wood, grain, coal, and kerosene business as Sawyer Coal & Grain, Harold R. Clough founded H.R. Clough, Inc. in 1939. Harold's daughter, Marilyn, and her husband, Bob Davis took over day-to-day operations in 1968. Following Marilyn and Bob's retirement in the 1990s, their son, Alan Davis came on board as the company's president. Alan and his wife, Susan expanded the business and focused on improving customer service. Currently, H.R. Clough is proud to be in its fourth generation of hands-on family owned and operated leadership. With Alan and Susan's recent retirement, Blaine and Stacy Davis oversee daily operations and the team of energy sales and service professionals. With over 81 years of experience, we are New Hampshire's premier energy specialists...
