Founding partner Anthony J. Iacullo has been a member of the New Jersey Federal Bar since 1988. He began his career in civil litigation and has served as an assistant prosecutor in Bergen County and thereafter formed the nucleus of the present firm. He continues his practice in criminal litigation and has been recognized as a certified criminal trial attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Attorney Iacullo was named to New Jersey Super Lawyers list in 2005-2006 and 2009-2016 and is active in the New Jersey Association for Justice, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Essex County Bar Association Criminal Bench-Bar Committee and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Partner Joshua H. Reinitz has practiced law since 2003. He is a former prosecutor and public defender who focuses his practice on DWI and criminal defense. Joshua was selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2012-2016 based on his criminal trial and appellate success and his legislative advocacy on behalf of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Josh also serves as a council person for the borough of Fair Lawn.
Mr. Reinitz has served as both a Municipal Prosecutor and a Municipal Public Defender throughout New Jersey. He is a sought-after lecturer in the legal world having presented more than 20 seminars to other attorneys on DWI, Leadership, Appeals, and Municipal Court Practice. Recognized as a skilled legal writer whose briefs have assisted in overturning multiple criminal convictions.

Partner Steven J. Martino has practiced law in New Jersey and the federal district court of New Jersey since 1987. He worked as an associate and partner at firms in Jersey City and Belleville before joining forces with Anthony Iacullo to form the firm of Iacullo, Martino & Reinitz. Steven Martino is recognized as a certified matrimonial law attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. He is also a certified mediator and has served for more than 25 years as an Early Settlement Panelist and guardian ad litem. He practices in divorce and family law, bankruptcy, real estate and general civil litigation. He has been named to New Jersey Super Lawyers list every year since 2012 and serves as the assistant director of law for the townships of Bloomfield and Belleville.
In addition, Steve has served on the Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel for over 20 years and has been appointed by judges to serve has guardian ad litem for children in difficult cases. In addition to his extensive family law experience, Steve has served as the Assistant Director of Law for the Township of Bloomfield for the past 17 years and continues to serve in that capacity.
