Director and founder of HR Gurus, Emily is a talented and award winning HR professional with over 15 years experience and a proven track record in all areas of strategic and operational Human Resource Management.
Degree qualified (BComm) and a certified professional member of the Australian Human Resource Institute Emily is highly regarded across many industries. Starting her career within the financial services sector in the UK, and returning to this industry nearly 7 years later when she was appointed Executive Manager, Human Resources of award winning HOSTPLUS Superannuation Fund at age 29, Emily Jaksch has worked across many industries.

Guinevere Missingham is an experienced senior strategic HR manager with many years of experience across all facets of HR . She is well versed in the field of HR Consultancy including HR audits, strategic planning, policy development and workplace investigations.
Guinevere possesses a Masters degree in HR development and strong skills in complex data analysis and forecasts, project management, managing client relationships, better practice improvements and strategic workforce planning. She is also an experienced people and project manager with a focus on nurturing the full potential of staff and aligning projects within organisations to work towards strategic objectives.

Jessy is an experienced and qualified HR practitioner with over 15 years experience and with a knack for calmly managing difficult situations and guiding managers through the more challenging issues. We call her HR Guru and calmer of storms! With a Masters of Commerce (HRM), Jessy believes in using effective and creative HR strategies to help businesses transform their bottom line performance.
Jessy started her career within the Retail sector and has experience across multiple challenging sales environments. Past roles have included dual focus on HR & Operations so her ability to operate on the ground is exceptional. She has managed large teams across multiple sites so she is able to quickly assess problems and tailor the right solutions to achieve results. She is a true generalist with a strong operational slant, and loves working across many aspects of HR particularly industrial relations and conciliations at the Fair Work Commission.
Jessy was on of HR Gurus first employees back in 2010 and has recently been appointed to the role of Managing Partner where she oversees all operations and client work for the HR Gurus clients and team. Jessy's passion for HR comes from many years in leadership positions and a first hand understanding of what it takes to inspire and motivate teams.

Louise is a solutions focused Executive HR expert with a lifetime of experience both in permanent HR roles and as an HR Contractor in a wide variety of industries, companies and not-for-profit organisations. Luke's career spans 25 years across numerous Sales and Marketing roles in industries such as luxury goods and professional sports, organisations including Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (State Manager Victoria and Tasmania) and Melbourne United Basketball Club (General Manager Commercial Sales).
The reason Luke chose to become a life coach is bigger than him. It is for his wife, it is for his son, it is for all of the others that are wanting to do more and be more for their family and their community. Maddie started off her career in the Beauty Industry where she originally was a hair stylist, after years perfecting her craft she rose to the leadership ranks where she was given the opportunity to manage a large salon and team of people. This is where her passion for Human Resources really began and she then embarked on a career change completing a double degree in HRM and Law. Maddie's talent lies in her ability to build relationships with her clients, she is committed to getting positive outcomes by balancing the relevant laws with the ethical and practical approach to every situation.
Molly has over 10 years of experience in people and culture with expertise in recruitment, employee relations and well-being. Possessing a Diploma in HRM, she started her career in recruitment, working as a Recruitment Consultant for the past 6 years in the labour hire space, most recently she has been working in various HR roles in the Global Security and Health, Wellness and Education space.
Molly's passion is in corporate wellness as she is a qualified Pilates and yoga instructor and has a side hustle teaching.

Theresa started her career in the administration and contracts sector and has experience across multiple challenging recruitment environments.
