André Köhler is CEO at HPP Strategy and Marketing Consulting. He gained his comprehensive consulting expertise in over 15 years of experience in various industrial sectors. At HPP, he is the main contact person for the areas of telecommunication as well as banking and financial services.

My name is Annett Achatz and I started at HPP in October 2015 as a Junior Consultant. A few years later, I am now working in the position of Senior Consultant and I am happy to take this opportunity to give anyone interested a little insight into my day-to-day work.
After my studies in Dresden and Cologne, I was drawn to the Main metropolis for my first job. A very pleasant conversation with the managing directors was followed by an acceptance and the start. On the first day, everything was already prepared for me and a large bouquet of flowers stood on my desk, my mentor explained everything to me and I immediately felt very well received.
My first project took me into the automotive sector, where I am still working today. I started with a global rollout project in which I was responsible for conceptualizing and implementing controlling and evaluating project progress. Gradually, I took on more and more responsibility, took over communication with the customer and later, as project manager, trained new colleagues on the subject. The quite complex and number-heavy project was a lot of fun for me and I also learned to prepare complicated issues in a way that was suitable for management.
In other projects, for example, I created business cases for calculating the profitability of car dealerships as well as other retail formats and developed a rough concept for a tool for the sales force. Common to all my previous projects were and are exciting topics and, above all, working with and for my customers, even beyond the conception phase. Right from the start, I took on tasks very independently, while at the same time always having the opportunity to exchange ideas with my colleagues. This combination allowed me to learn a lot in a short time without feeling overwhelmed.
Elena Yakushkina is Director at HPP. She studied and gathered first work experiences in Moscow, Berlin, London and Shanghai before settling down at HPP in 2005. With HPP, she works for international customers in various industries. Her focus lies on automotive topics.

Julia Gruber is Director at HPP Strategie- und Marketingberatung. Focus of her 9-year consulting expertise lies in the automotive industry. She manages diverse projects for different manufacturers and brands in Germany and abroad. She has already provided assistance in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Spain and the Czech Republic. Moreover, she gained experience over all three sales levels including retail.
Her tasks vary strongly and are mostly either strategic or conceptual, rather operational, oriented. She has developed, piloted and rolled out various concepts and strategies in sales, after sales/workshop, marketing and pricing.
Julia Gruber studied business administration in Passau. She enjoys being active outdoors and as a native Munich girl she likes the mountains.
My name is Markus Adler and I have been with HPP since January 2009. My start as a junior consultant offered me challenges right away - in my first project I dealt with the topic of oil rigs. Until then, I was aware of the purpose of such an oil rig, but I was not familiar with the different designs, materials used and challenges in operation. That changed over the course of the first few weeks, however, as I dove deeper into the subject to find out which parts of an oil rig are forged and correspondingly heavy. The customer we were serving was looking for additional business areas to market their products and skills. After completing my analyses, I was then able to present the identified areas of application for large and heavy forged parts directly to the management on the customer side - this is exactly how I had imagined the start of my professional life as a consultant: deep in the subject and close to the customer!

Robin Desens is director at HPP Strategy and Marketing Consulting. His consulting expertise is based on more than 20 years of practice in strategy and marketing consulting and project management in various industries. His focus is on the automotive and telecommunications industries.
Even before joining HPP in 2004, Mr. Desens worked for many years as a consultant in an international consulting firm. There he worked in big international projects, among others, in the USA.
Robin Desens studied in Wiesbaden. He is married, father of a son and passionate musician.
Roland Pietsch - Founder, Managing Director

Roland Pietsch is CEO and Founder at HPP Strategy and Marketing Consulting. He has comprehensive and long-term consulting expertise in various industrial sectors. At HPP he is the main contact person for automotive suppliers as well as energy and smart services.
Before the MBO and the foundation of HPP on July 1st, 1996, Mr. Pietsch was Deputy Head of a DaimlerChrysler subsidiary. His industrial experience and background build upon professional stations as Marketing Consulting Advisor in the central staff unit of the chairman of the management board at AEG AG and as Junior Manager/Marketing Trainee in various consumer and investment goods units. During his exams, Mr. Pietsch was already Co-founder and Partner at a consulting partnership for marketing and sales.
Roland Pietsch studied in Münster. He is married, father of two children and enjoys driving classic cars.
