ICB-CERTIFIED

The ICB is a function of the National Energy Management Institute Committee (NEMIC) for the sheet metal and air conditioning industry. NEMIC is a trust, under agreement between the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers (SMART) and the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association (SMACNA). The ICB is, at all times, responsible to and supervised by the trustees of NEMIC. The mission of the ICB is to direct and implement a comprehensive set of certification programs to assure sheet metal industry customers of the quality advantages of hiring persons or entities certified by the ICB.
