Bruce L. Hahn joined ICM Controls in October 2020, as the Director of Operations & Strategic Sourcing. Prior to joining ICM Controls, Hahn served as Director of Manufacturing at Perspective Robotics US, LLC (Fotokite). Previously, Mr. Hahn held positions as Procurement Director at Anaren Microwave, Inc. and Global Supply Chain Manager at Hand Held Products focused on worldwide high-tech electronic sourcing and supply chain management. Mr. Hahn earned his Master's in Electrical Engineering in 1998 from Cornell University.

Casey Prietti joined ICM in July 2022 as the Director of Manufacturing. Prior to ICM, she held various Operations Management, Quality and Engineering positions at Amazon, Hillrom/Welch Allyn, and Steri-Pharma.
Casey has a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.S. in Engineering Management from Syracuse University. She was also a member of the Leadership Greater Syracuse (Class of 2019). Casey was born and raised in Syracuse, New York, and currently lives in Liverpool with her husband Scott and son. She loves history and enjoy spending going to museums and historical/national parks, especially in the Washington, DC, area.

- National Sales Manager, Electrical Market
Cortney is responsible for developing and managing the growth of ICM products in the electrical and industrial markets. She has spent over a decade in the electrical industry, splitting this time working as a Distribution Sales Engineer for Siemens and as a Customer Service Rep, Inside Sales Rep, and Sales Manager for Graybar.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Sam Houston State University, the third-oldest public university located in Huntsville, Texas. Courtney and her husband Brian along with her two children currently reside in Cypress, a suburb of Houston, Texas with their two Australian Shepherds, Bo and Dude. She is an avid traveler and likes to spend time relaxing with her family and friends at her lake house. They enjoy time on the water, fishing and boating.
As ICM's Director of Engineering, Eric is responsible for new product research and development and sustaining engineering. He was a staff Electrical Engineer at ICM for eight years before serving as Engineering Manager. Prior to ICM, Eric was an engineer at Welch Allyn in their medical lighting products division.
Eric holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University. He resides in Syracuse with his wife and two wonderful girls.
Jesse has worked as a creative professional for over 20 years. He has a vast knowledge of advertising & marketing, his prior experience includes teaching Advertising Design at Syracuse University, serving as Marketing Director/Brand Manager for other Manufacturers, Distributors and Ad Agencies. Jesse earned a B.F.A. from Rochester Institute of Technology and a M.A. from SUNY Oswego.
Armed with artistic sensibility and technical skill, Jesse continually brings projects to the next level. When away from the office, he enjoys golfing, fishing, basketball, and traveling.

- Chairman of the Board of Directors
Joseph R. Bonacci is serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors and is also the Chief Executive Officer of ICM Controls. Mr. Bonacci was appointed as Chairman in September 2019 and CEO in June 2020.
Prior to his appointment as CEO and Chairman for ICM, Mr. Bonacci served as acting President and founder of Highfield Enterprises, an international customer service organization headquartered in Syracuse, NY.
Previously Mr. Bonacci held several positions in the pharmaceutical industry at Schering-Plough Merck, overseeing multiple operational areas including international finance and audit, microchip business unit general management, national distribution management, category management, and health information general management.
Mr. Bonacci earned his MBA in 1994 from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management.

- National Sales Manager HVAC Aftermarket
Keith manages ICM's HVAC aftermarket sales force, national and house accounts. He previously served as a Regional Sales Manager at ICM for nine years. He was instrumental in helping ICM expand its product offerings, especially furnace boards and sourced mini-split and VRF products for Nortek from ground floor. Started with zero products and zero sales and grew to over $20M.
Keith is a NATE Procter and holds an MBA from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, MI. He resides in O'Fallon, MO with is wife Kelly, their two daughters-Renn and Kaylin, and three sons-Kevin, Zach, and Kyle. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar and fishing.

- OEM Sales Manager Pool, Spa, RV & Marine
Mike manages ICM's pool, spa, RV, and marine market nationally with OEM and aftermarket sales. He previously served as ICM's SE Regional Sales Manager for HVAC Aftermarket and National Sales Manager for HVAC Aftermarket.
Mike joined ICM with close to three decades of years of experience in the HVAC/R markets. He started his Engineering career as a Product Engineer for Magnetek (now Regal Beloit), then moved to Emerson Motors (now Nidec) as a Sr. Applications Engineer. From there, Mike launched his career in Sales spending time with Embraco (now Nidec Appliance) as a Commercial Refrigeration Sales Engineer; Danfoss (now SECOP) as a Global Key Account Manager; and before joining ICM, at Carel as a Regional Sales Manager and Managing Director for the South East.
He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University. Mike resides in Cumming, GA with his wife, Jennifer, daughter Anastassia, and Australian Shepherd, Jaxx. In his free time, he plays adult rec soccer (same team for 20+ years!) and growing his music collection, which currently boasts close to 10,000 compact discs of various music genres and nearly 500 vinyl records.

Mitch comes to ICM with 36 years' combined experience with Military and Manufacturing Operations Management. Mitch spent 22 years in the US Navy, specializing in Naval Systems Engineering Management, Combat Weapon Systems, Navigation, and Personnel Management. In 2008, Mitch retired from the Navy and moved to Syracuse, NY, where he worked in manufacturing management. Mitch was a Continuous Improvement/New Product Manager, Engineering and Plant Manager, Director of Manufacturing, V.P. of Operations, and Interim President for Crouse Hinds, Daikin McQuay, ECR International, and Engineering Manufacturing Technologies. Mitch managed Foundry and Electrical Products assembly, HVAC Plant Operations, CNC Machining, Metal Stampings, Welding, and Forming.
Mitch, a Strome College of Business Scholar, graduated from Old Dominion University School in Norfolk, Virginia. Mitch studied nuclear technology at Phoenix University. Mitch is married with 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Mitch and Stacey live in Pompey. Mitch enjoys fishing, antique cars, and home improvement.
Patrick Nugent is CFO of ICM Controls. He started his career at Eaton in various operations finance roles, transitioned to ITT and held various FP&A and Finance leadership roles, and most recently came from TransDigm, where he was a Group Controller in the Aerospace and Defense industry. He has held positions of increasing responsibility, including international operations, strategy, led successful acquisitions and integrations, and has been integral in executing turnaround strategies.
Patrick holds a BS in Business Management from SUNY Geneseo and an MBA from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management. He resides in Syracuse with his wife Amanda and their three children, Tyler, Allison, and Molly. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, running, and tennis.

Roy has 30 years of sales experience in the HVAC/R and Commercial Appliance industry. Before joining ICM, he worked as a rep for a distributor/rep agency in New Jersey in his capacity as an independent representative. Additionally, he doubled sales every year during his 14 years as sales manager for a sensor company in Pennsylvania.
A native of Syracuse, he got his start working in electronics repair and field service for several different companies in the area. Made choices in his life that led him to Florida, where he could indulge his love of boating all year long.
To assist ICM meet its sales goals and enter new markets, he was indispensable.

A former Marketing & Graphic intern, Shreya is responsible for designing and deploying email campaigns, setting up product training webinars, social media content, and marketing messaging, along with expanding ICM's SEO efforts and digital marketing. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Electronics and Telecommunication from K.J.Somaiya College of Engineering, India and a Master's in Marketing Analytics from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management.
Shreya previously worked as a Marketing Operational Executive for WISE Women's Business Center (A women's business center located in Syracuse dedicated to empowering local women entrepreneurs in all stages of business). She lives in North Syracuse and, in her free time, enjoys exploring and learning about new things and new places (nature trails, state parks, etc.). She loves to travel and experience local healthy cuisine at each destination.

Since joining ICM in 1994, Mr. Pan has been involved in product design, engineering management, and strategic planning. Mr. Pan has a BS in Physics and an MS in Electrical Engineering but found his passion in software writing. He believes ICM can develop a product that will change the world, and works hard to make that happen. When not working, Mr. Pan dreams of traveling the world with his family.
As EVP, Zach has extreme ownership of all of ICM's revenue and business development related operations. He has been with ICM since 2009, having held positions in nearly every aspect of the organization from Manufacturing Engineering (4 years), Project Management (1 year), Sales/Ops Management (5 years), and Vice President (2 years). Notable professional accomplishments include doubling ICM's revenue in 36 months and ICM's sell side acquisition.
Zach holds degrees in Physics from Le Moyne College and in Business from Berlin School of Economics & Law and MIT Executive Entrepreneurship. He currently resides in Fayetteville with his wife Evelyn, their two dogs and horse. In his spare time, Zach enjoys aviation (flying), skiing, and trying his hand at feats of strength.
