Dr. Lauren Golla is a licensed clinical psychologist and adult provider specializing in rehabilitation psychology and neuropsychology. One of her main clinical interests is supporting individuals and their families post injury and or new onset disability. She commonly works with individuals who have sustained traumatic or acquired brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, or individuals who have complex medical or neurological disorders in an effort to maximize daily function and quality of life. Currently, she provides rehabilitation psychology treatment via telehealth modalities only, with limited capacity. Referrals to Dr. Golla are often made from within the clinic following neuropsychological assessment; however, community referrals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine appropriate fit for telehealth treatment.
Dr. Golla has developed the knowledge and skills to serve in her current role through years of education and training. Here is some of her advanced training experience:
Gerald Smith is a limited license psychologist who specializes in the treatment of both mental health and chemical dependency issues. He works with children, teens and adults who have a variety of psychiatric and neurological disorders. Some of his special interests include working with diabetics regarding lifestyle changes and with recovering health care professionals. He has worked in a variety of settings including psychiatric inpatient, physical medicine, rehabilitation, outpatient mental health, and outpatient chemical dependency. He has extensive group therapy experience and facilitates an HPRP group. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the American Diabetes Association, and the National Academy of Neuropsychology.
Mr. Tidwell has 25 years experience as a therapist and Social Worker the Flint area. He received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan and a graduate degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University. Mr. Tidwell treats adolescents and adults with mental health and substance abuse issues. As a former Police Officer with the City of Flint, he currently counsels the Law Enforcement and Firefighting communities. Mr. Tidwell is also a Professor with the University of Flint Social Work Department.

Jennifer Donovan is a psychometrist. She is responsible for completing the neuropsychological testing portion of patient evaluations at ANPPS. Jennifer earned bachelor's degrees in psychology and biology from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of psychometry. Prior to working with ANPPS, she was the lead psychometrist at Neuropsychology Clinic in Peoria. Jennifer is a member of the National Association of Psychometrists. Jennifer is competent in testing young children through adulthood. She takes pride in working individually with each patient to accurately measure their capabilities with kindness and compassion.

Ms. Starling has been a Clinical Psychologist in the Flint area for nearly 30 years, after graduating from the Clinical Psychology program at Central Michigan University in 1983. Jocelyn works in a therapeutic setting with children (Play Therapy), adolescents and adults, including members of the LGBT community. She treats individuals with mood disorders (including depression) and anxiety disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), issues associated with chronic and catastrophic illness, grief and loss, death and dying issues, and gender disorders.
In addition to her work as a therapist, Jocelyn periodically serves as a consultant to schools and social service agencies; she has participated in the Day on the Job Program, an intensive small group interview with students focused on the work of a Clinical Psychologist in an outpatient treatment setting.

Judy Arrand views therapy as a holistic practice. She believes that a healthy lifestyle is important and accommodates the mind, body, and soul. She has worked with mental health clients with a variety of issues for over 17 years. She has extensive experience with Autism, Asperger's, Developmental Disabilities, and family and couple relationships. Although she has experience with a variety of approaches, cognitive therapies and family systems approaches are preferred interventions.
Judy is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and the National Christian Counselors Association. She looks forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
Kathleen Dunn-McKamie received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI and is a Certified Advanced Addictions Counselor. Having been trained in both psychotherapy and addictions, she often treats patients with dual diagnoses. In addition, she works with couples to resolve relationship issues and provides individual therapy to adolescents and adults who have problems with depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, sexual abuse, gay/lesbian issues and substance abuse.

Dr. Stucky is known for his expertise in neuropsychology, rehabilitation psychology, and hospital-based consultation. As a member of Hurley's Level I trauma and inpatient rehabilitation team, Dr. Stucky is primarily interested in the assessment and treatment of individuals dealing with critical illness, acute or chronic disability, neurologic injury or illness, and dementia. He is also respected for the systems he has implemented to ensure that patients receive the best care possible at Hurley. Here are some of Dr. Stucky's roles locally:

Dr. Ellens is passionate about improving the health and well-being of children and families through collaboration and innovative problem-solving.
Dr. Ellens provides evidence-based pediatric psychology services and collaborates with a variety of multidisciplinary pediatric teams. Whether in the hospital, primary care setting, specialty clinics or outpatient therapy office, Dr. Ellens helps children and families cope with new and chronic medical conditions, manage behavioral challenges, and promote healthy development. She is a dedicated educator and supporter of scholarly activity, and supervises trainees in psychology and medicine.
