Hullinger Mortuary was founded by John Hullinger in Roosevelt. John entered into the funeral business as co-partner with Ted Olpin after graduating from Brigham Young University. John soon thereafter attended Cypress College of Mortuary Science in California and later returned back to Roosevelt. John was born and raised in Roosevelt and his familial history dates back to the first settlers of the Uintah Basin...
