Nancy Huckaba, Executive Vice President, Consultant rejoined Huckaba & Associates after 17 years at CBIZ, a publicly traded professional services company (NYSE:CBZ). At CBIZ, her experience was in the executive search division where she was consistently in the top 20 consultants for the B & I division. Her broad experience includes both corporate and nonprofit experience. She was the National Nonprofit Practice Leader from 2018-2023. Her experience includes partnering with boards and organizations to find leaders for: Community Development, Youth Development, Healthcare, Behavioral and Mental Health, Government (Regional, state and local) Philanthropy, and DE& I leaders through executive search.
