Andy Green is executive vice president of HII and president of HII's Mission Technologies division. Named to this position in 2016, he is responsible for HII's national security solutions in the areas of C5ISR, big data, unmanned systems, electronic warfare, space, advanced modeling and simulation, fleet sustainment and nuclear services. Green previously served as corporate vice president of strategy and corporate development and as vice president, component manufacturing, where he directed the manufacture of major components used in the construction of aircraft carriers and submarines. He joined HII in 2011 as corporate vice president of investor relations, where he was responsible for the company's relationships with Wall Street analysts and shareholders. Before joining HII, Green served as vice president of investor relations at Celanese Corp. and was a managing director of High Yield capital markets at Wells Fargo, where he covered the defense and aerospace industry. Prior to attending graduate school, Green was a manufacturing plant engineer at Eaton Corp. He also qualified as a nuclear engineer and strategic weapons system officer in the U.S. Navy, having served aboard the ballistic missile submarine USS Tecumseh (SSBN 628) and as an instructor for junior officers. He holds a bachelor's degree in systems engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Duke University. Ashutosh Gokhale is the senior vice president, business management, and chief financial officer at HII's Mission Technologies division. Brian Blanchette

Brian Blanchette is vice president, Quality and Engineering for Ingalls Shipbuilding, a division of HII. In this role, Brian is responsible for the formulation, management and oversight of the division's quality program, research & development, ship design engineering, integrated logistics support (ILS) and planning yard programs. Prior to this position, Brian held positions in business development supporting multiple international programs, served as technical lead for Ingalls LCS proposal offering, as ship design manager for various platforms, and as ship program manager for Ralph Johnson (DDG 114). Brian joined Ingalls Shipbuilding as an associate naval architect with Research & Development in 1996 and has served in a number of diverse roles over his 25 year career at Ingalls. Most recently, he served as director of Technical & Design Engineering, responsible for his team's execution of DDG Flight III, LHA 8 and LPD 28, 29 and 30 design efforts as well as supporting resolution of technical issues across all ship classes during construction. Brian earned a bachelor of science in naval architecture and marine engineering from the University of Michigan. In 2015, he attended the Center for Corporate Education program through The College of William & Mary's Raymond A. Mason School of Business. In 2019, Brian was recognized as a Forever Young award recipient by Coast Young Professionals.

Christian Ortego is senior vice president and general counsel at HII's Mission Technologies division. Donny Dorsey

Donny Dorsey is vice president, Operations at Ingalls Shipbuilding. In this role, Donny and his team are responsible for all manufacturing operations across the Ingalls portfolio of ships. Donny will work collaboratively with our union partners, continuing the Ingalls legacy of strong execution, and will focus on strategic innovation and transformation as we look to the future. Donny previously served in Program Management with a focus on the DDG 51 class where he and his team managed the installation, test, and activation of multiple complex ship systems, including the Aegis combat suite on DDG 114, 117, 119, 121, and 123. Most recently, Donny served as Ship Program Manager for all DDG waterfront efforts. Donny joined Ingalls in 2000 as a robotic operations technician and spent a portion of his career focused on the Gulfport Composite Operations for LPD/DDG 1000 serving as quality manager, operations director and then site director. Donny earned a bachelor's of science in Management from Nicholls State University and an MBA in Project Management from Capella University. Duane Fotheringham

Duane Fotheringham is the president of unmanned systems for HII's Mission Technologies division. Fotheringham previously served as president and chairman of the board of Hydroid, which was acquired by HII in March of 2020. Hydroid was a field-proven technology leader in advanced marine robotics, specifically autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs). The company designed and manufactured state-of-the-art solutions for use in a number of applications, including marine research, commercial and defense. He joined Hydroid in 2008 as the vice president of operations and was responsible for the research and development, engineering and manufacturing of the REMUS line of AUVs. Fotheringham began his career in the U.S. Navy, serving as a submarine officer aboard the HII-built USS Salt Lake City (SSN 716). He then spent more than a decade with Kongsberg Underwater Technology, where he managed the company's underwater surveillance business and held hydroacoustics, hydrography, underwater positioning, fisheries acoustics and underwater vehicle responsibilities. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Washington State University and an MBA from the City University of Seattle, as well as executive education from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Eric Crooker is vice president, Infrastructure & Sustainability at Ingalls Shipbuilding. In this role, Eric and his team are responsible for integrating existing elements of safety, security, facilities and maintenance with the related care and protection of Ingalls employees and the shipbuilding community. This will enable enterprise risk management across the entire Ingalls portfolio, as well as the development and execution of comprehensive mitigation strategies to position Ingalls for the future. Additionally, Eric's team will support the evolving environmental, social and governance expectations of businesses going forward. Eric began his career with HII in 2012 and served as senior counsel for the Ingalls Shipbuilding division and chief counsel for Continental Maritime San Diego. During his tenure in the law department, Eric advised the corporation on a variety of issues related to its Navy and Coast Guard shipbuilding contracts, the Shipyard of the Future initiative and the acquisition of large capital assets. In 2017, Eric was promoted to director of contract administration at Ingalls. Most recently, Eric served as vice president of Contracts and Pricing, where he was responsible for contract award and administration, estimating and pricing, and export/import licensing and compliance. A second generation shipbuilder, Eric has a bachelor's in Economics and an advanced degree from Tulane University. Prior to joining HII, Eric had a career in the private sector, working in corporate law, compliance, emergency preparedness and crisis management.

Garry Schwartz is the president of the C5ISR business group in HII's Mission Technologies division. Named to this position in August 2021, he is responsible for all aspects of the business group's daily operations. Schwartz previously served as president of Mission Technologies' Defense and Federal Solutions and Mission Driven Innovative Solutions business groups. He joined HII in 2017 as a subsidiary vice president and general manager responsible for training and simulation, cyber, and engineering. Prior to joining HII, Schwartz was a vice president and operations manager with Alion Science and Technology. He was also a vice president and division manager with SAIC, where he led a portfolio of domestic and international programs supporting a broad array of defense and federal customers. He also served as a director and program manager on major defense acquisition programs. Schwartz retired from the U.S. Marine Corps in 2004 with more than 21 years of service as an officer and former enlisted Marine. During his military tenure, his occupational specialties included artillery, joint specialty officer, operations analyst and cryptographic technician. He served combat tours in Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. He also served tours at U.S. Central Command, U.S. Special Operations Command, U.S. Navy Central Command and Combined Force Maritime Component Command. Schwartz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master of Science degree in operations research from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Jim Loeblein

Jim is responsible for customer relations efforts for Ingalls Shipbuilding programs with the Department of Defense, Navy, Coast Guard and other governmental agencies. Prior to joining HII, Jim served as vice president of Naval Requirements and Capabilities at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, a business of Raytheon Technologies. In this role, Jim led the overall Naval Requirements and Capabilities efforts supporting the Raytheon Missiles & Defense Naval Power mission area. He was responsible for supporting the company's strategic relationships and messaging with senior U.S. Navy Department leadership as well as allies and international partners across the globe. Jim retired from the U.S. Navy after 34 years of service. A career Navy surface warfare officer, he has extensive leadership experience in international military operations, Joint Staff and interagency defense policy development, Navy staff operations and strategy and legislative branch processes. He served as the Department of the Navy's Chief of Legislative Affairs in Washington, D.C., providing oversight, direction and execution of all congressional legislative functions and strategy for the Secretary of the Navy and the Chief of Naval Operations. At sea, he served aboard numerous frigates and destroyers on both U.S. coasts as well as Yokosuka, Japan including USS Meyerkord (FF 1058), USS Conolly (DD 979), USS John S. McCain (DDG 56) and commanded USS Thach (FFG 43). He also commanded Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 9 made up of seven frigates and destroyers serving as sea combat commander for the Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation Enduring Freedom. Ashore, he was assigned to the Joint Staff (J5 Directorate) as an Asia Pacific political-military planner and was selected as a 2002 U.S. Fellow to the Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies. Julie Gresham is Deputy Chief Counsel and Director of Compliance and Privacy at HII, Ingalls Shipbuilding division. Prior to joining HII, Julie was in private practice on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, where she was a partner at the Brunini Law Firm where she focused her practice on commercial litigation. In addition to her legal practice, before joining HII, Julie also worked as a communication consultant with Communication Counsel of America, Inc. based out of Dallas, Texas. Through her work with CCA, Julie prepared witnesses for Congressional hearings and worked with companies to develop crisis communication plans. She worked with utility companies in various states preparing witnesses for rate-increase cases pending before the Public Service Commission or the respective state's equivalent governmental authority. Julie also worked with clients to strengthen their interpersonal communication skills, including their nonverbal communication. Julie is the Immediate Past Chair of the Association of Corporate Council's Compliance and Ethics Network. In 2016, she was recognized by ACC as one of ACC's international "Top 10 30-Somethings." Originally from Jenison, Michigan, Wilkinson earned a bachelor of science in naval architecture and marine engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from Temple University. Wilkinson serves on the Boards of Directors for the Gulf Coast Business Council, Jackson County Economic Development Foundation, Mississippi Economic Council and Mississippi Power.

Keith Munn is vice president, Business Management and Chief Financial Officer for Ingalls Shipbuilding, a division of HII. In this role, Keith is responsible for all financial, contracts, estimating and pricing, finance and business management functions, as well as Information Technology functionality and services at Ingalls. Before being selected for this position, Keith served as Director, Business Management and was responsible for business management functions, including profit and loss, financial forecasting and planning, contract negotiations and earned value and budget management throughout the design and construction for all programs. Keith began his career with HII in 1998 as a Program Financial Analyst for the DDG 51 Program. From 2002-2005, Keith assumed the position of Finance/EVMS for the Coast Guard Program. He also served briefly served as LPD Program Contract Manager in 2006. In 2007, Keith returned to the DDG 51 Program as Business Manager and earned a Program Excellence Award in March 2010. In June 2010, Keith assumed the title of Business Manager for the LPD Program. In this role, he led the negotiations for LPD 26, LPD 27, LPD 28 and earned a Program Excellence Award and President's Award. In his current position, Keith has overseen the negotiations for the following contracts: LPD 29, LPD 30, DDG 51, DDG 62 Repair, NSC 8, NSC 9 and NSC 10. Prior to joining HII, Keith served in multiple roles in the casino industry for several years. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1994. Munn serves on the Mississippi Economic Council Public Education Forum of Mississippi Board of Directors.

Premo Sabbatini is vice president, Central Planning and Process Excellence at Ingalls Shipbuilding. Premo is responsible for all planning, scheduling and process improvement activities at Ingalls Premo joined Ingalls Shipbuilding in 1986 as a planner for the USS Spruance (DD 963) overhaul. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in both central planning and program management organizations, to include manager of planning and scheduling, director of planning and scheduling, and deputy program manager for USS America (LHA 6). Prior to his current position, Premo was Program Manager for the LHA class. In this role, he was responsible for the successful accomplishment of programs with formal authority, responsibility and accountability for planning and controlling program cost, schedule, and technical performance, and for accomplishing all requirements specified in the contract. He served as the company's representative responsible for customer interface, integration and coordination of all functional disciplines and processes necessary to execute the contract. As an active member of the Mississippi Gulf Coast community, he supports Ingalls Day of Caring activities, the United Way, Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and in 2020 assumed the role as the Executive Sponsor to the American Cancer Society. Premo holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and an MBA in operations management from American Intercontinental University. He and his wife, Michele, reside in Gulfport, Mississippi.

Scott G. Weldon is Vice President, Supply Chain Management, at Ingalls Shipbuilding. In this position since May 2018, Scott provides leadership to Ingalls Supply Chain Management functions, including strategic sourcing, operational procurement, inventory control and material warehousing. Scott began his shipbuilding career in 1998 and has held leadership positions in Supply Chain, Business Management and Finance. He served a majority of his career as Business Manager on multiple Navy and commercial programs, including LHA/LHD amphibious assault ships, DDG Kidd-class destroyers and Polar Tanker programs. Scott has also served as Director of Finance and Manager of Accounting with Finance. Most recently, he served as the Chief Procurement Officer responsible for Strategic and Operational Procurement. Scott has assisted the Ingalls Apprentice Program as an adjunct professor in technical/occupational mathematics. He was designated Instructor of the Year for 2017. Scott earned both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Accounting, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. Scott holds certification as a Certified Professional in Supply Management from the Institute of Supply Management. In 2016, he completed the Gulf Coast Business Council's Master's Program.

Susan Jacobs is vice president, Human Resources & Administration (HR&A) for Ingalls Shipbuilding, a division of HII. In this role, Jacobs is responsible for leading all aspects of the human resources function related to the attraction, development and retention of the workforce. Areas of responsibility include talent acquisition, labor and employee relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and diversity & inclusion. Jacobs joined HII in 2007, serving as director of human resources and administration for Ingalls Shipbuilding and vice president of human resources and administration for Newport News Shipbuilding, located in Newport News, Va. Prior to joining HII, Jacobs worked in the human resources industry since 1986 in various positions of increasing responsibility including senior director of human resources at L-3 Vertex Aerospace LLC. She earned a bachelor's degree in political science in 1984 and an MBA in marketing emphasis from the University of Southern Mississippi. Jacobs is also a graduate of Leadership Mississippi and the Gulf Coast Business Council Master's Program. She currently holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources and Senior Certified Professional certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management.
