The IHC Health Services team facilitates and aligns payers in value-based purchasing, equips providers and healthcare systems for service delivery transformation, and engages community organizations to sustain healthy behaviors. Technical assistance and support for leadership development and key stakeholders' engagement is provided to ensure sustainable transformation. To support population health efforts, IHC provides executive leadership and patient-centered care delivery strategies and tools.
