Aaron has a wealth of experience as a creative that allows us to make our clients' visions a reality. With previous experience as an Interaction Designer, building and designing everything from logos to apps to full scale websites comes naturally to Aaron. His passion for creativity means he is up to date on the latest advances in his field, allowing him to provide an original and imaginative spin to his work.
Aaron's free spirit extends to his interests, doubling as a creative and a classic kiwi bloke who enjoys surfing and bbqs.
David is the mastermind behind Latch Digital. As the Founder and CEO David is constantly across all projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard. David previously worked with a multitude of startups within the digital space, making him the perfect person to oversee Latch Digital's creative, insightful and catered approach to innovation.
Eloise is our go to for assistance on software development and planning. Prior to joining Latch Eloise completed a Bachelor of Media Design and Bachelor of Software Engineering. With her multi-disciplined design skills, Eloise provides high quality results for the Latch team. In addition to her position at Latch as a Consultant, Eloise is the product manager for a Saas startup; a true woman of many talents.
To clear her mind from her busy work schedule she can be found working on art projects, or hanging out with her Frenchie, Levi.
Marcella is the most recent addition to the Latch Digital team. As account manager she handles administrative business, maintains day-to-day operations and communicates with clients.
Robin brings years of experience to his role as Director here at Latch which ensures the smooth running of the company. Robin works closely with the team on company strategy, and oversees business operations, people and various projects for our clients. Despite his busy work schedule, Robin always ensures our clients are happy with the high quality products Latch creates.
Where would we be without Stevan. Stevan is the senior developer and software engineer here at Latch. Planning and developing comprehensive strategy for clients, designing the back end of software and everything in between keeps Stevan very busy. Making the team coffee every morning means he also keeps the company functioning.
In addition to his technological skills, Steven ‘has a gym membership' and has recently begun crypto mining.
