Charles F. Hunt has been involved in real estate for his entire life. His great-grandfather founded HUNT Real Estate Corp. in 1911, and his grandfather and father have worked for the past 40 years to grow HUNT to what it is today. HUNT currently operates in New York and Arizona and also has multiple core businesses to represent the full spectrum of real estate offerings: HUNT Mortgage, Network Title Agency, HUNT Insurance, HUNT Commercial, and HUNT Property Solutions, LLC.
Charles' current roles with the organization are as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and as Director of Corporate Relations. As COO, he is responsible for the sales operations of the various companies and oversees the growth initiatives of HUNT. He also manages the relationships HUNT has built in the community: Pegula Sports and Entertainment, including the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres, New Era Cap, Rich Products and Geico Insurance. Additionally, Hunt is responsible for vendor selection and negotiation for all HUNT systems and tools.
The scoop on Hunt: After graduating from Bentley College with a Bachelor's degree in management, Hunt also completed the Executive MBA program at the University of Buffalo. Hunt is actively involved in the community, serving on various boards and foundations, and is also involved in the local and state real estate communities, including New York State Multiple Listing Service Board of Directors, Upstate New York Real Estate Information Service, Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors, Greater Rochester Association of Realtors, and Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors. Hunt currently resides in Snyder, NY with his wife and daughters.
Chris Malachowski began his career in with HUNT 18 years ago after discovering his love for commercial real estate through his uncle, Stephen Hunt. Finding great success throughout his career, Chris has earned top-five sales awards nearly every year. Chris is a graduate of Canisius High School class of '85 and holds a Bachelor of Arts double major in English and communications from St. John Fisher College.
Recognizing that commercial real estate deals can be difficult and time consuming, Chris's favorite aspect of selling real estate is the rewarding feeling he gets when a closing occurs, and both the seller and buyer are appreciative of his efforts.

A recent addition to HUNT Commercial, Nick is a natural people person and serial entrepreneur who genuinely enjoys helping people and solving problems. He is passionate about learning more about real estate and is currently enrolled at the University at Buffalo, pursuing a master's degree in Real Estate Development.
Before joining HUNT, Nick was involved in the entertainment business for over 35 years and ran the ‘Buffalo Memorial Auditorium' box office in the late 80's and early 90's. In 1993, Nick set out on his own and started VIPTIX.com. He continues guiding and growing his event ticket business today. During the pandemic, Nick took a business development role at Picone Construction, and it was then he fully observed how real estate and construction go hand-in-hand. Nick also owns Giammusso Development.
The scoop on Nick: Nick resides in Clarence, NY with his wife and three boys. Nick is fluent in Italian, his parents having emigrated to this country as teenagers from Italy. In addition to being a youth soccer coach in WNY for over 35 years, Nick enjoys working out and plays in an adult ice hockey league every week.

Heidi A. Nuessle has been a licensed real estate broker with HUNT since 1998, and before that spent seven years as a broker with Merrill Lynch. Heidi was recruited to join HUNT and made the decision to move into the commercial sector. Since joining the HUNT family, she has consistently ranked among the top five agents in the company, was the leading agent in 2014, and has received the Circle of Achievement award. Heidi holds a degree in business and economics.
Heidi's favorite aspects of selling real estate are the challenges of leasing and the satisfaction of working with individuals and businesses alike. She loves the growth and income potential along with the knowledge she has gained from working with her colleagues and clients.
The scoop on Heidi: Heidi is married and has two children. She loves skiing, running, Pilates, yoga, interior decorating, and is an active school volunteer.
Jane (Munro) Theriault joined HUNT Commercial in 2004 and has served her clients in both real estate sales and leasing capacities while ranking among the top five agents throughout her HUNT Commercial career. She provides her clients with a wide range of knowledge and experience in private sector commercial real estate development and public sector economic development, and has worked for several notable Western New York real estate development companies across her thirty-five-year career.
Jane's contacts and experience extend to many state and local agencies, corporations, and communities throughout Western New York, from Niagara to Cattaraugus County. Her marketing efforts have contributed to her affiliations having received awards from distinguished organizations as BOMA, the NAIOP, the American Marketing Association, the American Economic Development Council and the NYS Economic Development Council.

Leah Wrate began her career in real estate marketing when she joined HUNT in 2006. She has been a licensed real estate salesperson with HUNT Commercial since 2014, and graduated from Buffalo State College with a bachelor's degree in Public Communications.
