Alison Evans is Director-General and Vice President of Evaluation at the World Bank Group. Before her current role, she was the Chief Commissioner of the UK's Independent Commission for Aid Impact (ICAI). She was also Executive Director of the Overseas Development Institute (ODI), the UK's leading international development think tank. Alison brings more than 25 years of international development experience, spanning policy, research, and evaluation. She earned a Ph.D. in Development Studies from the University of Sussex and a Master's in economics and politics from the University of Cambridge.

Andrew Fraker is a Co-Founder of IDinsight and formerly the organization's Innovation Lead. He has overseen IDinsight engagements in governance, health, sanitation, education, and finance across Africa and Asia.
Andrew launched IDinsight's innovation team with the mission of developing innovative tools and services to help clients increase their social impact. The team is currently focused on five workstreams: 1) Data on Demand: making large-scale survey data collection radically faster and cheaper, 2) machine learning, 3) monitoring systems, 4) results-based financing, and 5) the IDinsight toolkit.
Prior to IDinsight, Andrew worked at the Jameel Poverty Action Lab in Udaipur, India and at MIT in the US. Before that he worked at the Center for Healthcare Financing at the Harvard School of Public Health.
Andrew studied Economics at Princeton University as an undergraduate and received an MPA in International Development (MPA/ID) from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Ben Brockman is a Product Sr. Manager for A.I. Transformation at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he helps develop approaches and tools for organizations who are adopting Artificial Intelligence to drive impact.
Before BCG, Ben spent nearly 9 years at IDinsight, joining in 2012 as one of the organization's first employees. He spent several years as an associate, running several of the IDinsight's early impact evaluations in Cambodia, Zambia, and India. In 2017, Ben returned to IDinsight to start the org's data science effort. This eventually grew into the IDinsight's 25+ member DSEM team (Data Science, Engineering, and Monitoring systems) for which Ben was a Director and team co-lead.
Ben is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts and holds a Bachelors in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Public Administration of International Development (MPA/ID) from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Caroline founded and directs Giving Evidence, which encourages and enables charitable giving based on sound evidence. She has been at the forefront of promoting evidence-based giving for over a decade. She wrote in the Financial Times for three years advising readers about giving effectively, wrote one of the first books advising donors about how to give well, and is now a Cambridge University Visiting Fellow. Giving Evidence routinely uses existing rigorous evidence, produces new evidence in the gaps, and supports donors to fund the production of more.
A physicist by background, Caroline was an award-winning charity CEO herself, and has advised major donors and foundations across continents on many issues over many years. They include Eurostar, listed companies, professional tennis players, and foundations set up by governments in various countries. Caroline frequently speaks publicly about effective philanthropy (some videos here), has taught at Oxford, Cambridge, and Yale, and worked with UCL, the University of Chicago, and MIT.
Caroline Fiennes is one of the few people whose work has appeared in both OK! Magazine and the scientific journal Nature.

Constantine Manda is the co-founder and Director of the Impact Evaluation Lab at Tanzania's Economic & Social Research Foundation. He has experience in impact evaluation, specifically randomized experimental evaluations, since 2011, mostly in sub-Saharan Africa. Constantine's work with others, published in the Quarterly Journal of Economics, has led to national policy change in education in Tanzania. His work has been funded by the Hewlett Foundation, the World Bank Group, Wellspring Philanthropic Advisors, and Yale University's Whitney and Betty MacMillan Center for International and Area Studies.
Constantine is a former World Economic Forum Global Shaper and sits on various boards both within and outside of Tanzania including the Research and Development Advisory Committee on Basic Science at Tanzania's Commission for Science and Technology (COSTECH). Along with others, Constantine is also a co-founder of the Network for Impact Evaluation Researchers in Africa (NIERA). Constantine has Undergraduate and Graduate degrees in Economics, Public Policy, and Political Science from Xavier University, the University of Chicago, and Yale University, respectively.

Dan Levy is a Senior Lecturer in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School where he teaches courses in quantitative methods, policy analysis, and program evaluation. He has been involved in evaluating a range of social programs, including a project aimed at improving transparency and accountability in the delivery of health services in developing countries(T4D), girl-friendly school construction programs in Burkina Faso, and Niger, and a conditional cash transfer program in Jamaica. He oversaw the training component of BCURE, a project to train policymakers in using evidence through a combination of online and in-person sessions.
He currently serves as the faculty director of the Public Leadership Credential, the Harvard Kennedy School's flagship online learning initiative. He co-founded Teachly, a web application aimed at helping educators teach more effectively and inclusively. He published two books: "Teaching Effectively with Zoom" and "Maxims for Thinking Analytically". His teaching has been featured in "Invisible Learning".

Dina Pomeranz is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Zurich. Her research focuses on public policies in developing countries, in particular in the areas of taxation and public procurement. She aims to contribute to the movement towards more evidence-based policymaking, both in developing and economically more developed countries. Prior to joining the University of Zurich, she was an assistant professor at Harvard Business School, and a postdoctoral fellow at MIT's Poverty Action Lab. Besides her academic interests, she also serves on the board or advisory board of a number of organizations committed to translating research into practice and is a member of the Swiss Federal Advisory Committee on International Cooperation.
