Today the IATSE is the largest union representing workers in the entertainment industry. Our members work in all forms of live theater, motion picture and television production, trade shows and exhibitions, television broadcasting, and concerts as well as the equipment and construction shops that support all these areas of the entertainment industry. OSHA 10 and OSHA 30- Approximately 10 - 30 hours of Basic Safety Instruction on the laws that govern safety on the jobsite. These classes are required on many construction sites and in some geographical areas for stage work. Classes are offered in General Industry and Construction. The IATSE Training Trust Fund has created OSHA 10 classes that pertain more to stage work than the regular classes.
